Really comfortable hotel at a short walk from the city center
Andre_Vale_Arbovason 22/03/2017 18:00The Hotel is located in Bulevard Ionescu and it's really convenient if you take the E4 bus from the airport towards Bastion (25 minutes). The area is quiet and takes just a few minutes walk to reach the city center.
The staff is friendly (speaks English / Romanian / Italian), the furnishings are excellent and the breakfast is really very satisfying, with a buffet of salty food (served in small cups attention to detail) and sweet (fresh croissants, jam, etc). Pity they did not redone the room from one day to the other, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Călin Con 20/02/2017 12:00The hotel is located in Central area of the city near the Cardinal Points. The hotel is small but very clean. The breakfast is served very original. The hotel has a very small parking but there are a lot of possibilities to park your car near location.

Paul Bon 17/07/2016 21:28Simply out of the box ! Rooms very large, with a totally atypical design. Well... this can be seen from the reception. You can find not only an interesting design but also a strange fishbowl where rests a beta fish and another bowl with two very interested turtles (checking the guests?)
Each room has a different theme (stone, water, etc...) Just check the pictures - a huge dose of imagination !
But the "piece de resistance" is the breakfast ! Again a different style: Bite breakfast ! In very small bowls, jars or other recipients, very nicely presented, you can find different very small portions of salads, omelettes, cheese and other bites... very good variety ! And it looks fantastic !
As negative aspects: Fridge didn't cool properly, poor minibar. No lift.

Biljana Jon 23/06/2016 17:27A really charming, centrally located hotel, great for business travellers and even those who are on vacation. Minutes walk from the Union Square. Price is acceptable, rooms are clean, interestingly designed, towels replenished every day, breakfast is good with choice of fresh fruit, cerial, bread, cheese, youghurt, salami... Their latte is recommended if you like coffee. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. I found it slightly cheeper when booking directly through the hotel website (or by sending an email to the hotel - credit card guarantee is not requested and you can pay upon arrival).
There is good wifi throughout the hotel (good enough to make viber or skype calls). Flat screen TVs in rooms have usb so you can watch your own movies (provided that you bring them on your usb stick or external hard drive). Some rooms have TVs mounted high up to the wall.
If you are driving to Timisoara, free street parking is available on the hotel's side of the street. If you park accross, then you have to pay.
Traffic jams in the city during the day are common, so you'd be better off simply walking or taking a cab (taxi is not expensive at all) if you are headed outside the city center.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so try travelling light.
If the room is overlooking the street, light sleepers may find it noisy.

licuriciulon 15/02/2016 19:09i don't recommend this hotel. I stayed in 2nd floor, my room was on the street side so all night i had traffic and noise.
the room was full of hair, the sheets on the bed with holes, the towels very used (were shredding). No carpet on the floor. The floor full of marks.
in the bathroom, the shower gel was too small...the shower door was not closing. Terrible hotel!
the Wi-Fi very slow.
luckily i stayed only 1 night!
