FiddyCambson 26/05/2017 22:1440 years ago I had my honeymoon here. I came back to Monetego Bay for my anniversary with all my family, only we stayed at Rui Montego Bay Hotel. After coming back here for my memories I realised what a mistake I made and wished I had stayed at the Doctors Cave hotel. The ambience was lovely, the staff and management were so great. If you want Jamaica go Doctors Cave hotel, yes it probably needs updating but the big hotels that have no character trying to take over but this hotel has friendliness and charm, if in Montego Bay just visit and you will see what I mean. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
3 day get away
236ashley2017on 16/04/2017 02:14Decent hotel for what my friend and I wanted. We only had 2 nights and 3 days off and wanted to stay off a resort and see actual Jamaica and that's what this hotel offered us. Defiately not first class or 5 star but the staff was super friendly and it was close to everything on the main strip. I would recommend for a short little get away for sure but if you want the resort experience this would definitely not be for you.

Nefertiti Ron 11/04/2017 02:12This Hotel is in Much need of a facelift. But it is near everything, The Staff is Wonderful and i do mean amazing. Very beautiful front staff and the bartender Rodney is so down to earth and friendly. The first 10 words i felt like i new him my whole life. Wow amazing. Like i said its not the best looking hotel, but its very clean and i had no problems and loved it! Breakfast could of been more variety, but those ladies were wonderful too.
Hip beach on the Hip strip
Hipflipct3on 21/02/2017 14:48My husband and I just got home from a trip to Jamaica. We visited this beach twice, we loved it! We had the pleasure of having Moesha as our server and we would highly recommend her! The beach was clean, staff was friendly. It is cheaper to pay the entrance in local currency. Be aware of hair braiders... before you know it your whole head will be done and they will expect a huge amount. Only pay for what you asked:)

Thomas Mon 17/02/2017 01:59Great hotel with a wonderful staff. Marcella at the front desk gave us an enthusiastic Jamaican welcome. The hotel manager, Mr. Simpson, even helped with our bags.
The hotel is conveniently located on the "Hip Strip", just steps away from Doctor's Cave Beach. The rooms were comfortable, with several gathering areas placed around the hotel, to socialize.
