We rented a mobile home for a week and we were very pleased. It's very close to the beach (a five minute walk) and the mini city center. The mobile home was big enough for four people and clean enough. More kitchen equipment like salt, pepper and olive oil would've been nice. Very helpful people at the reception.

I want to warn people against this place, Such a disaster that we had wished we never went to Seignosse.
Grotty establishment, Apartment Dirty and very dusty, smelly, tv not tuned properly.
The apartment smelled damp. Furniture in bad condition, walls were cracked and needed paint.
The shower was dirty and the walls were cracked and in bad state or repair
There were issues with the bath drainage and water would get stuck in the tub and take forever to drain. Bath drainage was not working, bath tub floor was always flooded with water.
Please don’t be misled by the images on the website for this place. The property is nothing like the photos used to promote the residence. It’s dirty, unfriendly… whatever you pay for it is absurd.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quiero advertir a la gente sobre este establecimiento, es tal desastre que deseamos no haber ido nunca a Seignosse y quedarnos alojados aquí.
Sin duda el peor establecimiento en el que hemos estado. Hemos estado muchas veces en Francia y nunca nos hemos encontrado algo así.
Es un sitio cutre, con apartamentos sucios y polvorientos. Los apartamentos necesitan una remodelación inmediata. Al entrar te sorprende el fuerte olor a humedad y a desagüe.
El mobiliario es anticuado y viejo. Las ventanas estaban desconchadas.
El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba, el agua se acumulaba en el suelo mientras te duchabas. La mampara de la ducha estaba oxidada y con un color tan extraño que ofrecía un aspecto tan insalubre que no nos atrevíamos a tocar nada.
Los suelos también están muy sucios y descuidados.
El apartamento tenía zonas que tenía tal cantidad de polvo acumulado que creo que nunca habían sido limpiadas.
A las familias que vayan con niños pequeños decirles que el acceso a la playa que está justo enfrente del establecimiento no está preparado para sillas, no tiene ninguna pasarela en la arena que te permita un acceso fácil a la playa, hay que subir una duna bastante incómoda.
Por favor, no se dejen engañar por las fotos de la página web de este lugar, no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.
Sin duda, no lo recomiendo a nadie.
