Great location , spotless room

Perfect location for exploring the sites - five minute walk to Barberini Metro , Trevi fountain and Spanish steps 15 mins away at most. Spotlessly clean well furnished rooms in lovely old building , very quiet at night but within walking distance of some very good restaurants. Rooms cleaned every day , fresh breakfast brought to room when you wanted it. Staff very helpful with advice on where to go and where to eat.

In one of the most safe areas in Rome! We stayed at Da Vinci room. Very clean and well tided room. The prices for the refreshments in the fridge are resonable and very similar with mini markets. Very kind and helpfull staff. I surrely reccomend it!

Hideaway gem

This is an ideal place for a base to tour the eternal city. The area is incredibly safe, across from US embassy and police station 2 doors down. It's a reminder of the dolce Vita lifestyle of Rome.
It's minutes from the tour bus stop, minutes from the metro station and minutes from the best tourist sites the city can offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is an adequate start to the day and the rooms are superbly clean and comfortable.
The signs aren't the best at indicating it's location but that just adds to the charm of this hidden gem. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect location and style

Basically it is not a hotel but several lovely furnished rooms one of which you rent at the 4th floor of residential/office buiding. If you don't need a hotel with foyer, dining room and 24h reception - then this solution as quality is definitely preferable against other 3* (and more costly) hotels in this very expensive and convinient area of Rome. Rooms are nicely furnished with new facilities, smell and look very fresh and clean, all accessories are provided up to bathrobe and slippers, and breakfast is room delivered up to previously made choice, at the convinient hour. Location is superb: quiet and safe area, with wide choice of very good - perhaps best in central area of Rome - restaurants (and always available in the evening for 1-2 tables as the area is not so touristic), 10 mins walk from Via Veneto & Borghese park, 20 mins walk to Opera House, 20-30 mins walk to Spanish steps, Trevi etc. Underground and taxi stations are next door. The let downs pesonally for me was that room was cold at nights and AC was noisy to run (October) and bed was very hard, so it took me the first 3 sleepless nights to get used to it. Definitely this one is better for the summer heat, as the windows are on the shady side of the building and walls are very thick, so the cool air is well kept inside. Personally, I would prefer less accessories or design, but comfortable temperature and more comfy bed and especially pillow... Otherwise, it's a real gem of a location.

Great little guest/house hotel

I did not know this but it is a guest house with hotel services. This means it is only four or five rooms and no 24h receptionist. It is also located inside an office building along with doctors offices, law firms and other guest houses, so at first when yo arrive to the location you see no sign of a hotel until you take one of the elevators up.

It is a very clean place with attentive staff to help you along the way, bring breakfast and do the cleaning. The rooms have all the facilities you would expect. They could improve the breakfast selection, through and apple or a banana now and then.

The area around is super safe because it is next to the american embassy and the metro station is like 5 blocks down the road, as well as via veneto with many high end hotels and restaurants. The hotel is not in the center of the action but a little quiet is appreciated
