Hotel is new, nice bathroom, high level compared to the prices.
Negative points: breakfast no in the hotel, you have to go to a bar near to the hotel, but in this case the level is really low. The receptionist gave us come voucher for this bar, but we prefered other solutions
Other negative point, the wifi. Actually in 3 days it has never worked. We were told they were installed the optical fibre. Maybe..

Very well located Hotel beside the beach and short drive to number of great golf courses. The hotel has comfortable rooms and it's very clean and cleaned on daily basis. The location is great in the middle of a lot going on.

In general we were satisfied with our stay in Don Agustin. The room was very spacious and clean, and had all basic necessities. We had booked the room with a double bed in advance, but got three singles instead - when mentioning it to the receptionist, the only explanation we received was "there is nothing we can do". Despite this inconvenience, we were pleasantly surprised about the standard of this 2-star hotel/hostel. The free parking below the hotel has extremely little room for moving but was doable with a small car.

Not impressed in the slightest. We specifically booked a room with a double bed and only when we got there were told they only had twin bed available. Asked for a move but didn't have any other double room. Had a look at twin bedded room and it stunk of cheap bathroom cleansers. Room was stark with cheap looking bed and furniture.
The underground parking was a nightmare and located under a hotel further up the road!! It is definitely the WORST parking facility I have ever had the misfortune to park in. Columns all over the place and very close together making parking horrendously difficult.
Asked for a refund as they did not supply what we had booked but were refused stating only refund if cancelled 24 hours beforehand. How on earth were we to know they hadn't given us the room we booked until we got there ????
We were forced to pay for the night but moved our stuff into the hotel further up the road (with a lovely double bed room with sea view) and stayed there instead.
Sent a complaint to the hotel on returning home requesting a refund, as they did not provide the room that was booked - and to date haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. Would not recommend as would rather sleep on the beach itself than in this hotel.

What an amazing find. Great prices. Opposite the beach. Bus stop near by. It's called an hostel but I've never been to a hostel like this. Nice rooms. Private shower room.
Lovely staff, close to beach and restaurants.
Would recommend. Cheap and cheerful.
