just got back from staying at doris aytur and absolutely loved it.the staff were really friendly, and very helpful nothing seemed to much trouble for them to accommodate you.
I was completely amazed at the high standard of the food there was all sorts of choices from eggs to pancakes to cereal plus much more it was also great for families pool was always full with kids and parents alike water slide also added to the fun .
to get to the beech you reach it by going through the underpass it leads you straight there so no worries about the children and main roads I would throughly repayment this hotel as a go to for couples, family groups and just by yourself so you will never be lonely don't just take my word for it jump on a plane and check it out for yourself I give it a 10/10
We stayed at this hotel. We have a budget but when we arrived i realise the staff are trying to squeeze us as much as possible, we have been asked to put our money in chip so its easy to pay for staff at the hotel i simply refused and exchange my £s to turkish liras... Everything they sell in euro and its mega expensive comparing with super markets for example 5L of water at the super market next door cost 1.5 liras 1.5L of water at the pool is 6 liras i have been told but when given change of 20 liras i found out they charge me for 9 lira. So then i decided not buy anything from them ...
The food is not too bad even though they use left overs from yesterdays menu which i didnt mind at all....
The rooms are fairly clean... hot water is always available one nigative thing is our sheets and covers towels never been changed for 6 days.
The room got safe that i paid 2£ per night to keep our passports safe wifi is 1£ per day per mobile wifi strenght is poor coverage very poor there the room also got little fridge but when ever i buy water for it as it was over 36 degrees when i was there the guy at the reception gives me dirty looks( i thought tough)
The guy with a massage is another story he is asking every single resident at the hotel if they want a massage... for us he asked like 10 times it becomes a hassle i decided not to smile or talk to him anymore.
Our last day... our transfer was at 5pm but we have been asked to leave the bedroom at 12 even though it there is note saying check out at 12 but we can use room number till 4pm i will leave some pic its was over 40 degrees i waited for 5 hours the worst feeling ever i asked to pay extra so we can use the room as its got air conditioner but they said they all full.
One last thing i didnt feel welcomed at all... either by the staff of the signs... all you can read around is instraction do not do this do not do that.
At the end we had our holiday we enjoyed our stay that we paid for enjoyed the buffet the pool all under out budget. Happy days
Though the rooms are quite old-fashioned, but we got all we needed. It's the shower, air-conditioner and comfortable bed. The staff was nice and polite. We took half board meal, everything was fine for me, but my boyfriend missed more dishes of meat.. The hotel has a nice area by the pool, also, the private passage to the beach! Which goes under the street, straight to the beach bar. Sooo comfortable! The only minus is that the hotel is quite far away from the city centre.
My daughter and I stayed here for a week!we arrived in the evening ,which all restaurants are closed but the friendly bar keeper and cook gave us free food!
The room it's ok which I stayed in 1st floor but we have to paid 1 euro for wifi but most of the time didn't work at our room,so we have to be in lobby, restaurant or the beach ,so for this thing I will give this hotel 2 stars!many german and dutch tourist as well turkish but the worse thing is ,,at 0800 am all chair at swimming pool are occupied, ,which I do understand how all inc tourist did! All staff only speak german maybe because where the money came from !hotel location is too far from airport so make it sure if you wanna stay here ,choose gazipaza airport!and take about half hour from alanya city which the last bus arround 00.00!!about the beach,,yes is not fun at all,,too much stone but if you just wanna getting dark from the sun ,maybe it's ok,for sure not for little kids, but they have own entrance to the beach !!for this I will give just 2 stars!
i was again to doris. it is the same nice hotel, good food (half board) and many kinds. it has a good pool and a little but nice and atractive aquapark! my children spent many hours on this aqualand. the liked it. the room is modest and AC didnt work properly. the clean was made every day. wifi is in room but pay for 1 euro for 24 hours. what was bad was the beach. all beaches in mahmutlar and kargikak is only stone. the beach of doris is sandy on the shore, but in water is very dangerous stones. and for the children is more dangerous. not recommend for children.
