Uncomfortable pillows
Carol Uon 05/07/2017 03:45Only stayed here two nights as we wanted to go & see the 5 Lakes, then move on to Tokyo.
Nice small hotel, bed ok but pillow very hard, changed pillow to softer one but still neck ached in the mornings.
Kettle in room but no tea/coffee/ milk ??? Able to use iron if necessary, ask reception. Unable to check in till 3pm, we tried earlier when we arrived.
Osen availabile, but men & women separate, this put me off as husband & I wanted to share the experience together.
Husband used his Osen & commented how good it was. He also said it could be explained much more detail (in English) how to use it.
Excellent Business hotel
Luihanaon 22/06/2017 11:23Typical small room to be expected. Otherwise excellent value. Nice breakfast buffet with western and Japanese menu items. Staff is very helpful. Noodles served in the lobby every night. Coffee and tea available all day. And there is an onsen bath.

BunskyTLCon 02/05/2017 12:29In search for an overnight stay at this hotel we encountered extremely rude staff and unhelpful service. Firstly, there is no place to park near the entrance to unload your luggage. You have to wheel it yourself from a parking garage a half a mile away. No one can speak English or even cares to try. After we asked for a non smoking double room and they gave us a smoked up twin room for twice the cost of what Expedia would charge us for the same room we decided to move on to a better place. We would not recommend this place even to our enemy. Our advice, if you are considering to stay at this hotel, just keep looking!
Great hotel in small town
FellyYooon 29/04/2017 07:23We booked family room for 4 people. Clean room, good breakfast and helpful staff. You can enjoy free ramen in the night. They have onsen and drink machine on the top floor, and coffee machine for free at loby hotel.
Convenience and Comfortable

Location: 10 mins walking distance from the Mishima Train Station. On the way, there have a Family Mart which you can buy any food & drinks over there.
Staff: The staff there is very friendly and helpful, and also they can speak simple English which is really good for us.
Room: Although the room is small but is really comfortable for 2 people stay. Bathroom and basin is separately and you no need to fight for the washroom.
The room is clean and quiet as well, you may surprise that you can see the Mount Fuji from the room!
Facility: As I know they have a hot spring on the higher floor which opened almost 24 hrs. The lobby is small but they did serve the coffee, tea and chocolate drinks for the guest.
Overall of this hotel, we are really happy we choose the right hotel and is really worth it to stay at here.
