Strategic Location in Sapporo
BL_Leoon 25/05/2017 12:28Spoiler - the room in this Dormy Inn Annex is very compact and suitable for maximum 2 pax only. We stayed here for a duration of 7 nights here - room was so compact that there was not much space for those with big piece luggages. I should know because we brought one 28" and one 24" bag.
The bathroom was also so compact that there was not much room to maneuver around. All the time we went down to the ground floor where the sauna is located to utilise the facility - sauna, shower, hot spring, laundry (pay per use), and grooming - Japanese style.
They provide free basic ramen everyday from 9.30pm (not very sure as I'd forgotten) till certain time.. do check with the hotel staff.
What we like about this hotel the most is the fact that it's located along the famous Tanuki-koji pedestrian street where you can literally go down and start shopping along this famous street. Also within walking distance to the MRT using underground shopping mall..
small, but comfortable room
cardel91on 17/05/2017 05:52Location was great. Close to everything and they offer a free shuttle to the JR station. Bed was comfortable and internet was fast. Having used the outdoor onsens in the past, I didn't really care for the onsen in the hotel, but it was decent.

shun821on 12/05/2017 11:40Definitely value for money! Very clean room, everything provided (toilet amenities). Fantastic location! 5-10 mins walk to Odori subway station. The entrance of the hotel is accessible through Tanuki Koji Shopping Arcade. This hotel also provide free ramen from 9.30pm to 11pm. Guest are also allowed to use the Osen which is a must try!!! Wonderful experience. Staff are also very helpful.
Perfect Location and Value of Money
MarieLJAon 22/04/2017 06:19Perfect location on the shopping street. The room was clean and the public bath was nice. Convenience store is next to the hotel. The parking fee cost $1,300 per day and have to park at the premium hotel side. Staff are helpful and polite. will definitely stay again for the next visit in Sapporo.
Great for its price
Bbmelon 02/02/2017 11:16Traveling with 2 kids, we had to book two rooms knowing the size of Japanese hotel rooms. It's a small room but with all you need. Room is clean and modern. The public bath is a bit small though and all the cubical for shower were usually full. Dressing area was small too and we had to wait (with body all wet after shower) to get to locker to get towels. Oh there's no hook or whatsoever in the shower / bath area where you can hang the towels.
Location is ok - takes about 8-10 mins to walk to odori station. If you take cab to JR Sapporo station - it's around ¥1000.
Convenient stores, restaurants, souvenir shops - next to hotel. It's easy if you need anything.
