Awful hotel and services

Pozitive: the room was clean, facilities: tv lcd, minibar, AC, internet ok, close to the beach, sunbeds included;
Negative: rood personnnel, the all inclusive was afwul. The drink were the most cheapest I have ever seen.The food was the same every 2 days, not so various,the restaurant personnel were cleaning when we still eating, The parking was very little and we had to give money to receive a parking spot.

We came from Transylvania to the seaside this summer and stayed at hotel Dorna which offered us a wonderful week in sunny Mamaia. What I liked the most about the hotel was the fact that our rooms were cleaned DAILY, the food in the restaurant was different every day, tasty and varied, the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. Every night is a theme night at hotel Dorna, so even when we didn't feel like walking along the sea at night the hotel had activities for us: turkish night, greek night, american night, romanian night etc. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and happy to help anytime, which was a very big plus for us having had some bad experiences with other staff in different hotels who simply do not know how to behave with their guests. This hotel was fully of families with children (also had a second swimming pool for them outside), so I think it's a good choice for families. I have nothing bad to comment about this hotel, apart from the fact that the parking lot could be better guarded - our car had its VW logo in the front stolen while it was parked in the designated hotel car park.

Hotel with restaurant located in Mamaia, Constanta, the service of society. Absolutely everything is wonderful, neat is a strong point of this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, the selection of food. The clean and spacious pool. The hotel has an equipped private beach and related with sun loungers and parasols. In one word EXCELLENT

We went there for a wedding with my family and friends almost 260 people... so we only been in the restaurant. Staff was friendly, food was yummy. The restaurant looked amazing. Everything was amazing. Thanks guys for all your hard work... we had great time!!!

Dorna Hotel is situated in Mamaia Nord at 2 minutes walk to the sea. It is an old hotel, but very well managed. The rooms have AC and balcony with partial view to the sea or to the lake. The garden, the swimming pools and the children play spaces are clean and well maintained. Dorna Hotel offers all inclusive packages for family with children or for seniors, The food was OK, with grills twice a day, fish, different kinds of meat, salads and fruits. They prepare also special food for children. There are enough places for eat in open space, near the swimming pool. The entertainment program was different in each day. The parking is in front of the hotel. The hotel has a private beach. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel has not an elevator, but the staff help us with the luggage.
