Nice lodge in June Lake
Steve Aon 14/07/2017 07:55The resort lodges are located in the forested area near June Lake. Very tranquil setting with the mountains surrounding the resort and a large waterfall in the distance. The lodge was clean and well equipped. The pool and gym facilities again were very good. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was good and he staff very friendly.

CMM_1963on 14/07/2017 01:55The setting is picturesque. Soaring mountains, running streams, beautiful trees, etc...Truly magnificent. The restaurant was not very crowded, but it took forever for a waiter to even take a drink order. When the food finally arrived (30 minutes later) it was ok. Nothing to write home about. Then waiting for the check...another 15 minutes to flag someone down. Maybe it was an off day for them. With a setting this lovely, it would nice to have food and service to match....one can only get so far on his looks :)

Paul Ryton 11/07/2017 07:04We stopped here en route from Vegas to San Francisco and it was superb. Lovely lodge, great staff and excellent food but the scenery was something else. We should have stayed here longer instead of wasting time in Vegas.

Beto Son 11/07/2017 06:58Beautiful place and natural settings. The resort is in a very nice spot with a pond and a stream from melting snow. You get to see a nice waterfall on the mountainside. The rooms are very comfortable and well taken care of.
The restaurant offers good food and variety.

1Adventouristaon 04/07/2017 23:04I stayed at June Lake for one day and while exploring the area, I stoped to have dinner at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was good, so I decided to come back the next morning for breakfast.
Oh, what a difference a day makes! The service was slow and unfriendly. I was seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned properly, and had to ask to remove the sticky jam. I was traveling solo and was on my way back home, so when I went to the bathroom and returned to my table, the waiter had cleaned out my breakfast that I hadn't event touched!! The bathroom was still a mess like it was the night before, with toilet paper on the floor and no paper towels. Clearly, the bathroom had not been cleaned from the night before.
When my breakfast omelette finally arrived, it did not have the ingredients that I had ordered. The waiter came back to let me know, they were out of the ingredients that I had ordered... then had to wait forever to pay. Too bad, that my breakfast experience wasn't the same as the dinner experience the day before
