Friendly and comforting
Laurie Son 15/06/2017 20:42The staff took very good care of my brother and his family in my absence. They could not process the card I had on file and we were able to resolve everything with a quick call over the phone. They went above and beyond to ensure that they could decompress upon arrival after a long travel experience. They even called me to make sure everything was going as well as I expected.
Don't let the reviews scare you, this place is amazing!
on 15/06/2017 17:04We came on a family vacation here. We stayed 4 nights. While we were here we went to the grateful dead show. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. We drove up from Florida and got here 3 hours early and they were nice enough to let us check in early. The staff is super friendly! The rooms were clean. The beautiful pool and Jacuzzi are so relaxing. The breakfast at the hotel is expensive...but Good! The neighborhood is nice and the location is close to everything. We went to the coca cola factory and the Georgia aquarium. After we left I realized that we left something there. I called the hotel and they are mailing it to me. Please don't let the reviews scare you because this place is amazing. We will defiantly be back.😁😁

Great facility near Atlanta Airport
Twinnqueenon 13/06/2017 12:44Great location, helpful staff, clean and free of smoke. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Great deal overall and pleasant stay. Would stay again. Easy access, early check-in with mobile apps and reminders is a plus.
Good hotel convention to airport
JGSMMSon 13/06/2017 12:16Good value hotel. Linda in housekeeping went out of her way to get missing items for us. Wish the digital key were more reliable and the ice machine was working on my floor. If you need a hotel convient to the airport this is a good option.
