Great staff, acceptable accomodations
Keega16on 30/08/2017 21:35We were there on a very busy weekend. The staff at the front desk worked very hard to make everyone happy. They gave out smiles and cookies and tried to address every request. I also want to commend the staff at the breakfast buffet. They put smiles on our faces each morning!
The hotel itself is dated. Despite sending up the maintenance staff, our sofa bed maintained an awkward hospital-bed-like tilt. So the facilities are not luxurious but they are acceptable and the staff treats everyone like they are at the finest resort.

dominiqueh947on 29/08/2017 19:49My stay her was well worth every buck. The location is perfect right next to the highway. Also next door to the hotel ( walking distance) is a 24 hour gas station and mc Donald's. The room was better than I thought filled with nice mirror and closest space. The internet connect wasn't the greatest but kinda worked.this hotel has a bar but the hours suck. The pool was nice and well maintained. Make sure you grab a few of the chocolate chip cookies they are to die for.

Lorraine Mon 28/08/2017 13:35Very nice hotel. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Very beautiful and clean room, with an updated and clean bathroom and great shower. Lovely restaurant with excellent wait staff. We will absolutely return for another stay!!
Lived up to brand expectation
J3821HQmelissagon 25/08/2017 19:58I arrived at my destination 6 hours before check in. I drove by to ensure I could find the location, parking etc. I went in to double check on check in times and was immediately informed they would be happy to check if my room was ready early! There wasn't a room on the floor they wanted Honors Members to stay on (for the city view), however, I agreed to another room a floor down. I asked about the shower only option I requested, was informed that option was only in a king room and was moved to a king room with no additional charges or fuss. I had an emergency come up after my first night of stay and was allowed to cancel the next night with no penalty AND they held my luggage with no issues after my colleague packed everything up and brought it down to the lobby. I could not have been more pleased with my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean and very refreshed. I will definitely stay at this location in the future.
needs maintaining
mschroeder1012on 21/08/2017 14:15hot water was off on one morning, breakfast was so-so for a buffet. half the fitness room equipment did not work. Piping for outdoor fountain was broken on several afternoons so you had to walk thru water.
