rashannajon 22/08/2017 19:56I didn't have any problems with registration or checking! Racheal was great and made us feel really welcomed! However when we got to the room, there was a funny smell. My husband figured it out that it was coming from the bathroom shower curtain. While preparing to get dressed for a meeting, the lights went out in the room. I guess because I was using the hair dryer. The headboards were flaking leather pieces that they tried to hide by putting pillows over it. The water wasn't always hot when taking a shower. Overall the staff is great, but the hotel wasn't worth the money and I will never stay at that hotel again.
awful stay at doubletree in Tucker
patrickhH8995RNon 09/08/2017 21:04I was extremely disappointed at my most recent stay. I have had better experiences and stays at doubletree than most recently. It's as if they didn't care about my concerns especially with large amounts of water on the floor.
Good place
kaoemt274on 03/08/2017 23:29Nice place. A crowd of us met for the weekend, we all stayed here it was nice. One of the couples had dogs that were allowed. It seems they keep all the fog people on one floor so they did not bother those without dogs. There was an ok bar for a night cap 😀.
Hotel was lovely
tarag760on 02/08/2017 13:49My family stayed at this hotel for our family reunion. Hotel was in a good location next to stores, restaurants including mall. The hotel shuttle took you where you needed to go and was very timely. The breakfast was great! The staff and all departments were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if in the area again.
Needs renovation
Pam Ton 01/08/2017 16:34Staff was great, rooms not so good. Our room had a sticky floor, moldy and water stained picture in bathroom, stain on comforter and to top it off the noise from the road outside was way too loud. The highlight of our entire stay were the cookies, which are delicious. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.
