I found this hotel in a quiet spot. My room was facing the mountain as I loved the view. It was quiet and peaceful. My room was clean and the hotel overall was well maintained. When I required room service it was spot on.

Exceptional customer service. Really awesome food. Recommend to other travellers. Good value for money. Beautiful lobby area. I will most definitely return. The bonus is that you can receive loyalty points over a period of time

This hotel is one of the best in Cape Town. The Service is excellent and the staff supper friendly. All staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Amazing welcome gifts when you check in. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Double Tree. All staff was kind and very professional. Every employee was so friendly. I really think the Hotel is central to all activities in and around Cape Town. Really enjoyed our stay. Many Thanks

Stayed one night, and had a great stay.
Interesting location.
Rooms clean and staff very friendly and help full.
Although surrounded with award wining restaurants, if needed, this restaurant good enough to have simple meal there.
