Great location
on 01/07/2017 10:47The hotel was in ideal location. The outdoor pool is big plus. The service was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint I had was the pillows are too soft. I found it difficult to sleep with the pillows and both me and my wife complained of neck stiffness due to the pillows. Otherwise great place to stay with very helpful staff.
Discovering Chattanooga (my wife's first visit)
Mark Aon 30/06/2017 18:28The staff at this hotel are "rock stars". Especially, Vicki and Zack at the front desk. Phillip and Cedric (valet) and Tammy in the restaurant. Really, everyone associated with this hotel have a great attitude, are great "ambassadors" for not only the hotel but Chattanooga. Overall, the location is great and the hotel is five stars!
Tough Stay
nancy ton 29/06/2017 02:44I didn't know if I should write this review because I don'f think it was the hotels fault but a sleepless night because of hotel's guests made a miserable evening. Starting about 2:45 a.m. guests were yelling and carrying on in the hallway in front of my room. 40 minutes later a finally some quiet but not to last long, it started up again about 20 minutes later. Other than that the staff is very nice, the room clean and the bed comfy. Lucky we stayed 2 nights, got a good nights rest the following night. The location is great.
Great service
Liz Son 28/06/2017 02:15Two friends and I were in town for an event and we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. To start, it's very well located... and is within walking distance to all of the major attractions. The guys running valet are efficient and very kind. The people at the front desk were really nice also, and we were checked in quickly. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The ONLY complaint I have was for poor service at the bar one evening. We waited about 25 minutes to be served, and the bartender kept serving other people before us. After a complaint, the person at the front desk gave us a 50% discount on our second night because of the trouble.
So, great service, wonderful location, and comfortable stay all around.
