Breakfast? Service?
Charles Fon 15/08/2017 14:51My room was OUTSTANDING! Even with construction within 50 yards on a new property, the room was virtually soundproof. It was clean and spacious.
My issue is with the breakfast. I ordered 3 pancakes with SUGAR FREE SYRUP. I have ordered the same thing the past 4 visits, so I know it has been available. My waitress (is this politically correct?) took my order. She returned with my food and regular syrup. I explained that I am diabetic and need the sugar free. She informed me that they did not carry it. I tried to explain but to no avail.
So, I thought maybe some cereal. I asked about skim milk. She looked at me somewhat sheepishly and told me they did not have any skim milk.
How does a facility like Doubletree not have skim milk? And, how about sugar free syrup? Either the manager is not cognizant of his stock levels or their suppliers are not providing adequate service.
In any case, I enjoyed my coffee.
Great for Family Reunions or other group events

The Group Sales Manager at this hotel offers first class customer service from beginning to end. Location is perfect, food is great, hotel staff, banquet staff, sales department, and catering department are the best.
Double Tree experience
guyanajon 07/08/2017 16:46My first time using this branch of Hilton Brand and overall I would rate this as a good experience I have a few adjustments that need to be addressed but mostly my experience was a good one I would recommend and stay there again on any additional travels

moms2boyzon 07/08/2017 03:57Fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean, and convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We will book at DoubleTree by the airport again. The staff was efficient and gracious; the price is competitive.

Deion Con 04/08/2017 11:52The staff suggested many tourists attractions to visit that I didn't know about. The room we had was clean but not as spacious as I would have like, having children but it was comfortable. I love the southern hospitality we recieved.
