Laundering Service - Noah's Cleaners
Stephanie Con 21/08/2017 23:52DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This service is provided by Noah's Dry Cleaners. I sent in a small bag of clothes for regular laundering. A weeks worth of underwear(7), socks(6), t-shirts(3), a few golf shirts(5) and 2 pairs of shorts. $82 dollars later, Noah's couldn't explain their $7.15 charge to wash a pair of gym shorts. The rest - fleecing to say the least. NEVER AGAIN. The hotel is otherwise very nice and clean. Great staff.
Old hotel not worth money.
mt20122016on 18/08/2017 22:18Not worth the money. I could have chosen a lower price but wanted a nicer more comfortable hotel. This hotel is older, dirty and needs updated. Very disappointing not worth the value. I would not recommend this hotel.
Great Hotel
Steve Pon 15/08/2017 12:24Very friendly and attentive staff - next to airport (but quiet). Nice rooms and great restaurant! Hilton consistently out performs the other chains and this is one of the best Hiltons I've stayed at and I travel over 100 nights a year!
Sweet surprise in Iowa
Debbie Ron 15/08/2017 03:47Each and every time we are in Des Moines, we stay at the Doubletree. The staff is very friendly and the cookies are a nice warm surprise when you check in. Then head over to the restaurant for dinner and the trip is perfect! Enjoy the sweet surprise in Iowa!
LOVE THE INTERIOR - CLEAN HOTEL
Traveller4Life83on 10/08/2017 10:49Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. The hotel is very modern. In a good location. Good for Business. Gym is a bit small.. but the pool makes up for it. Restaurant is at the hotel which is very convenient.
