C4381NSthomasfon 18/08/2017 15:02The internet service was very slow. When I checked in, I was led to believe the service offered would be satisfactory. It wasn't. The problem could have been caused by too heavy demand by other guests, but for whatever the reason, the internet service was not acceptable.
Truck Driver well taken care of
Kenneth Ton 17/08/2017 10:07Thank you for the early check in. It helps out very much. I drive through the night and it's hard to find a place to stay in the early mornings. I've been staying at the Hilton brand for quite a long time now and they usually come through for me. Being a Diamond member is nice also, so anyone reading this, stay often and as much as possible and get to that Diamond status. Everyone be safe out there. Take care
Average not first class
W1423FEkathleenson 16/08/2017 21:16Overall a descent hotel but not as good as other Hilton hotels that I have stayed in. Our Towels, etc were not replenished for the second day of our stay and neither was the complimentary coffee & water. No fans in the bathrooms makes the room feel very humid. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Not up to DoubleTree standards
BamaBarcoderon 16/08/2017 04:16I'd not go out of my to avoid this place but it didn't impress. It needs an update. The AC in my room was a window unit that I had to keep at max cool to get any affect. (It wasn't too hot outside.) The desk chair in my room didn't rise so my laptop was at chest level. On a positive note, the shower head was AWESOME. (That's a pet peeve of mine.) The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than average.
Another Stay in Johnson City
W40COjonathanaon 03/08/2017 15:14Great hotel and staff. Easy walk to the mall next store, local restaurants and convenience stores allows me to get out and about even when sharing a rental car with a group of employees. Excellent choice for a business trip to the Tri-Cities area.
