Car878on 04/07/2017 22:46Hotel staff was excellent! I had dinner there one night late and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our room eas clean and fresh! We asked for a late check out and with no problems were able to get it. They have transportation as well for your convenience as well as many uber drivers in the area at all times.
Great start to my New England trip
E8492LMfernandofon 04/07/2017 22:16Very impressed with the hotel, restaurant, and staff after a long day. Flying from Miami, having a horrible experience with a major rental car agency, and a two hour drive. The young lady working at the restaurant on Saturday 7/1 was very professional.

carolsR8608WKon 30/06/2017 01:19There was no electricity in my room for hours; there was a "no parking" sign in front of the building because of construction; the hotel charged $50 on my credit card for incidentals that I never bought.

brimilon 29/06/2017 15:53Disputes the cool shape this is just another DoubleTree with average staff and less than average Hilton Honors Diamond member perks - you have to pay for breakfast while most properties provide Thai for free when you spend 75+ days a year at Hilton properties.
The room was clean but both the bathroom drain and HVAC were in need of maintenance.
There are a lot of Hilton property options in Portland, when you ad up costs and service is just average and in need of some updates.
Clean and affordable, that's about it.

brandonpK6470TWon 28/06/2017 17:53It was a nice hotel with everything I needed and more. The room was very clean and the cookies were really good. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I will probably be coming back next year.
