lishuandaaon 14/08/2017 18:19Over all, my family and I had a really nice stay. Other than the pool being closed the entire weekend, we enjoyed our stay. The banquet held in the banquet room was a success. The food and staff were amazing!
Great staff and clean room

Was greeted with a cookie and explained if there was anything that was not satisfactory to let them know and they would make it right. There was a beautiful lobby with books available for reading in downtime.

Cobain Son 12/08/2017 21:59I enjoy staying at Hilton with the exception of this property, the evening staff when i checked in were polite and directed me correctly. Rooms where somewhat clean and i had issues with the AC so I contacted the night shift lady and to no avail, she gave me the nastiest attitude and said that she had no experience with AC's and hung up, i let it go but I came back down later that night to speak with her if I could get a better room but no one was at the front desk so I kept calling out until i peeked in from the side of the front desk to find she was sleeping with her IPad on. i decided to just check out and go to another property!
Double Tree Doesn't Disappoint

The staff from check-in, restaurant servers to housekeeping were all friendly and helpful!
My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has modern decor.
The hotel is next to a mall and across the street from a lot of restaurants.
I would recommend this Double Tree!

Tameka Bon 08/08/2017 22:28The staff at Doubletree were the best!!!! My entire stay was Awesome!!! From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out, we felt at home. Our every need was met. I think other hotels need to take notes from this doubletree!
