Great Room, Wonderful Service
Mary Won 24/08/2017 11:40Nice clean room with plenty of counter space for a woman to put makeup, etc. Service was great. I reported a faulty refrigerator and it was replaced before I returned to the room in the afternoon. They also replaced food that had been stored in the refrigerator. I didn't ask for that. They insisted. That's great customer service.
Beautiful hotel
carlottam692on 23/08/2017 11:11Room was large and clean. Great breakfast offered in restaurant with made to order omelette and other hot/cold foods and wait staff. Friendly staff! Beautiful pool. Only complaint is the lack of a microwave in the room.

Y75BGrichardron 21/08/2017 16:02Very nice hotel, staff went out of their way to make sure I had a room, even though I checked in VERY early. Everyone was helpful, and the cookies are ALWAYS a welcome treat! I had two meetings over meals, everything was good, smooth and the staff pretty much left us alone.... which we wanted. Great experience!

keyla279on 20/08/2017 20:48The coolest hotel lobby I have ever been in. I have been coming to this hotel for over 30 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly. The whole hotel is always clean. The balcony rooms are so much fun to stay in
Clean and bright
Alexis Gon 19/08/2017 04:10Our room was very clean as was the lobby. Just out side of Rochester making it easy to get to from the highway.
The pool looked kind of small and the elevators were slow... but overall pretty decent. My step-son loved the cookies. :)
