truprunbikeon 15/08/2017 03:54Family stayed here for one night. Easy checkin and they even had cookies without nuts for our kids who cant eat nuts. Pool area was nice with a lil water feature and indoor.outdoor pool area. Houlihans restaurant attached is a great American cuisine restaurant. as a Diamond member we each got a voucher for free breakfast which was nicer than a lot of Hilton's and had made to order omelets and pancakes plus normal buffet items. (almost as nice as an Embassy Suits spread and much better than whats in Hilton's exec lounges.) Everyone one was very friendly at the hotel. The only minor items are that we asked for an upgrade and were told they were sold out when their website had them still selling junior suites. also we have noted on our reservation high room away form elevator and we were on a low floor 1 door down from elevator.
Overall i would recommend and stay here again.
Comfortable Stay
2catsathomeon 13/08/2017 05:09The hotel was nice and comfortable. Parking was crowded, but noticed there was overflow parking across the street in the back. Room was spacious and clean, it did get stuffy in the room a couple of nights, the ac was set so you couldn't set it to get really cold. They had a nice lighted make up mirror, but it is positioned for a very tall person. I got a crick in my neck trying to look up and put on make up. Also the hair dryer was not very powerful, so you might want to bring your own. We had to request additional towels as only 2 were provided. I like to have one to wrap my hair in. Also requested extra pillows. The hotel was nice about our requests and brought the towels and pillows very quickly. They did have a nice coffee maker in the room, but need to leave more cream.
We did have breakfast at the hotel and they have a nice buffet with plenty of choices. We also ate at Houlihan's, the restaurant attached to the hotel and do not recommend eating there. There are many restaurants and shopping in the area.shopping.

Shazanyon 08/08/2017 20:24This is a nice clean and very centrally located hotel in Springfield. You are in near downtown and also very close to the airport. The staff is professional and very amicable. Parking space is a bit limited but I manage to park. Everything is in the surrounding, restaurants, gas station you name it.
Travel for Commencement (doctoral degree) at Missouri State University
