Not a nice hotel.☹️☹️☹️
Brian475on 13/07/2017 16:24This hotel is very badly managed, we booked for a disabled person and the reservations confirmed that they can accomodate us.. there are stairs all over, to get to our room my wife had to use the service lift (very dirty)down to the resturant, then make her way through the resturant to outside the hotel over the patio onto the grass/gardens in front of the rooms.. she ha to cross about 60m grass then onto a small veranda to get into the room through the patio sliding doors...The hotel is dirty, and in need of a lot of maintenance.. the staff are unfriendly. The doormen(three ) stand an look at you struggling to load/unload a mototised wheelchair and do not offer any help,,the barlady makes you wait to order drinks until she first finishes texting on her cellphone..The location and gardens are very nice but thats about all..
Fantastic vacation experience
jvn613on 12/07/2017 20:20We had a great time. Kids was entertained, there was hikes right at the hotel suitable for the whole family, food was very good with a lot to choose from. The pool could have been a little bit warmer, but the kids still swam. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely go to the same hotel when visiting again.

48vasudevannon 11/07/2017 06:23This resort is truly amazing for a family getaway. Everything is taken care and the attention to detail makes it perfect. The food is amazing each night with different tastes. The only downside is kids over 5 must pay for their meals. I will definitely frequent this lifestyle resort.
Holiday extremely enjoyed
ntobekolon 10/07/2017 14:55Myself and my family had such a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition, sparkling clean to be exact. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing. My kids are begging to come back to the hotel.
