Hotel is located very close to the Disney park and is well serviced by frequent free buses throughout the day to take you to Disney. There is also a magic bus available at a cost to pick you up and take you to CDG airport.

The room was nice and clean and the castle theme is great for the kids. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel has well kept grounds and you can walk around the adjacent lake at the back of the hotel if you fancy a stroll. The family themed pool and fitness areas are also good if you need a break from Disney for an afternoon.

Chessy train station is located beside the Disney entrance and it is very easy to get the train into Paris for the day and see all the sites - it was quick and easy to navigate without needing to speak French. The train to the Eiffel Tower and then a boat trip around the seine is a great way to get around the key sites. There are lots of river boat options directly across the road from the Eiffel Tower.

I would recommend staying here.

Enjoyable stay

Stayed here for 4 nights in June with my 4 year old daughter, partner and both my parents. The Hotel was nice and had a nice reception area with rides and games for kids. Liked the little ball pool which kept my little girl occupied while we were waiting to check in & check out. I found the waits at reception were unacceptably long. On 2 occasions I was stood waiting over 10 minutes just to get a new room key after our key stopped working. There was usually just 1 or 2 receptionists when 3 or more was needed. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and gave us very detailed directions when asked how to get into Paris.
The room was clean and the bed was huge, unfortunately we had no full sized pillows so didn't get the best nights sleep in any of the nights. Proper pillows should be a must, not small cushion sizes.
The room had a small fridge which we hoped to use to store some water and milk for our daughter to drink before bed, unfortunately this was not working properly and was barely cold.
We were half board so had dinner and breakfast included. Both were buffet style. We found after 4 days that the majority of the options stayed the same and the main courses would change each day. Unfortunately the kids choice was chicken wings and chips EVERY DAY. Which didn't go down well. The salad bar and starter options looked like they were saved from the day before and were quite unappetizing after a few days. I could tell that the tub of smoked salmon had been saved from the day before and fresh salmon was added to the top of the tub! Really scary as this is obviously very bad food hygiene. Needless to say we stayed clear of the sea food options on the salad bar. The salad leaves had not been washed and were quite gritty from dirt.
Breakfast was extremely busy but 2 restaurants were utilized to reduce waiting times, but still felt very over crowded and hectic. Lots of choice for breakfast and nice coffee. I felt on a couple of occasions food was left to run out and not topped up again which was disappointing.
The bar was nice and we enjoyed a few drinks on the terrace area which was beautiful. There is a small kids climbing frame on the grounds.
We used the shuttle bus to get into Disney Land which was about every 10/15 mins and ran till quite late on a night.
Overall I would stay again but not go half board as the food on an evening was not up to much.

What A Hotel!

We stayed at the Vienna House Dream Castle for four nights in July 2017. After reading a few reviews I was a bit worried as to how everything would be with our stay. I didn't need to worry as everything, for us, was perfect. We arrived early, 13.00 as check-in is 15.00. We were greeted with a friendly smile and checked-in straight away. The young lady said we were a bit early but as they had a room ready we could go straight in. The corridor leading to our room was long, but as it is all decorated with a castle theme it helps to add to the excitement of the stay. The room was phenomenal, large, clean, fresh and airy. We had a double bed (a super-king I think) and bunk beds. My daughter loved the curtain that drew around the bunks and the individual lights for each bunk. The double bed was really comfy to sleep in, making it a struggle to get out of to go down for breakfast. The room had tea and Coffee facilities and even though there wasn't enough milk or sugar for us all to have a drink, a quick trip to reception replenished the supplies. In the wardrobe was a safe that you easily programme with your own code number. This is very handy for keeping your personal possessions safe. The bathroom was clean and had sink, bath and shower, with hairdryer, washing-line, hand cleanser, shower gel and shampoo all supplied. (I wish I had taken note of what the brand of the shampoo and shower gel were as they smelt lovely and my wife wants me to buy her some, but I can't remember the name of it!)

Each morning we went down for breakfast. We were greeted with a friendly staff member and seated quickly. I will be surprised if there is anything you can think of having for breakfast that isn't out for you to try. Fruit juices, teas, coffees, bacon, sausage, toast, baguettes, cheese, meats, fruit, cereals, croissants.....the list goes on. I sampled much of it over our stay and it all tasted great, a really good start to the day. We also sampled pizzas and nachos from the bar, which arrived hot and was very tasty.

As the hotel is a Disneyland Paris partnered hotel, there is a free bus that takes you to the theme park and back. As it picks up from a few hotels on route it can get a bit busy, but we always managed to get on and as it is only a few minutes to the park, standing up on the journey is not a problem.

On one day we had a trip into Paris. We had to ask a member of the hotel staff which was the best way to get there. He was really friendly and helpful and also suggested a few places to visit while we were there. He even marked the places on a travel map, which made our visit a lot easier and more enjoyable.

At the end of our stay it was as easy as handing in our door key-card and getting the free bus to the train station.

Overall, we loved our stay at the Vienna House Dream Castle and even though we probably wouldn't rush back to DisneyLand Paris we are thinking about going back just to have a few nights in the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone and hope their stay is as enjoyable as ours was.

There are not many positive points to bring up.
We have booked a Suite 8 months in advance on their own homepage to be sure we get what we will... But we get a small family room or two family rooms with a connecting door for the same price... This was of course no benefit because we didn't need more beds for 3 people's and a baby; we wanted more comfort / space.
The room was small with a king and a bunk bed. In the king bed the bracket was broken and therefore slatted frame fell to the ground all the time. On the lines there were some traces of blood and the room was not really clean in the first two days.
The staff was admittedly friendly but not really capable. For simple questions like how long takes it to the airport the answers were 1 or 2 hours... indeed we need only 35 minutes... We have pre-ordered an "private" shuttle which costs us €160 and it was worth it. Unfortunately in the hotel was not a lot for children and if you are not in the parcs or Disney Village (some restaurants and shops) there is nothing around the hotel.
There is a bus shuttle to and from the parcs - with some short stopovers in other hotels. This works good and it's just around 10min to go.
Breakfast was good but unfortunately dinner was buffet and not really good for the only restaurant.
Overall we were really not happy with our stay and wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We arrived just after 8 am and checked in with no issues and luckily our room was ready. For a standard room, it was quite big and very tidy. For a disney off site hotel, I would 100% stay here again. No faults whatsoever.
