nytikjoshion 25/05/2017 02:26Have two days of stay at this great place viewing Mont Blanc from my room. Come here as a part of a package but it is a great cosy place bathrooms are great and the rooms look vimage. It also has a swimming pool.Getting Indian food in this part of unbelievable but yes thanks to the Brahmin Indian chef. ENJOY YOUR STAY HERE.

Periyar Son 28/04/2017 11:25This is a pretty decent hotel for stay at Chamonix.Rooms are decent with wooden floorings and has a nice bathroom.It gives you the view of the mountain from your balcony.Restaurant is nice with very friendly and polite staff members.
Recent refurb!
Nick Pon 18/04/2017 19:27Stayed here just after it opened again following a complete refurb of the bedrooms. I've seen the reviews prior to mine about the state of the rooms and didn't see this at all. Everything in the bedrooms is brand new so accommodation is perfect.
Had a very good burger in the restaurant also. It's not a five star resort but not priced like this and having stayed at a number of places in the valley it's a good bet and priced well.
It's also well placed for buses, ski hire (both right outside) and has loads of parking.
Highly recommend, amazing owner and staff
Ryan Son 23/02/2017 14:454 of us stayed in Feb half term, including my six year old son on our first skiing holiday. The room and hotel facilities were really good for a 3 star but the owner Jean-Marc and his team made it truly excellent for us. The hotel is just out of the main village but the hotel would drive us to the cable car stations and pick us up whenever we needed. So no walking at all with boots and skis. We asked for an extra bed in our room and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Our room had great views of the mountains and had clearly been fairly recently refurbished throughout. Another member of our party had a room that wasn't at modern but still very clean, good space and absolutely fine for 3 star. Food was good, what you would expect at breakfast and evening meals were tasty and menu du jour particularly good value. Indoor pool and sauna a real bonus too.
Recent Stay in December 2016
tinaandroseon 18/01/2017 16:28We stayed in Hotel du Bois in December 2016 - between Christmas and New Year - we had no snow - however that didn't disappoint our stay at the hotel. What wonderful welcome and the service the Hotel provided was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our chalet was 4 floors, with accommodation to sleep 8 people, 3 bathrooms , rooms where a great size, the living are had everything you could possibly want, TV, seating, large kitchen and a fully equipped kitchen.
We will certainly be visiting this hotel again ... however when there is snow. Thank you Hotel du Bois for looking after us.
