Great accommodation and friendly staff
Alan Won 28/06/2017 10:34Visited last Saturday for my sister's birthday party. We booked a room for the night. Reception on arrival extremely helpful and friendly. Catering and set-up for birthday party excellent. Room very comfortable and spacious. Secure parking a plus. Breakfast excellent. All of the staff were very friendly.

Friendly, clean, spacious room
Helen Son 22/05/2017 07:14Room 32 and bathroom were great. Standard size double bed. Good value. Breakfast was freshly cooked, nice thick cut bacon fresh eggs, etc. Clean, nicely furnished and easy parking. Reception staff were great, really helpful with local tips, getting taxi into town and so on.
Just the Saturday night.
Big dining room had been booked out by a private party, which continued into the next morning, but we were not bothered by the noise of the music.
What did bother me was the drunken, hysterical guests arguing immediately outside our door at 3am. I probably scared them as I flung open the door and asked if they needed any help.
I know the hotel can't control inconsiderate guests, but it did ruin my nights rest.

rafalb2017on 19/05/2017 23:14Nice hotel,very polite stafff, quiet and cosy. After 9/10o'clock you must have a night key because doors are close. Housekeeping is too earlier when I slept somebody came in my room and started cleaning.I can recommend the Dubrovnik Hotel :) but they should improve few things ;)
Beautiful clean, friendly hotel

Menu not varied, only choice was meat and potato pie with vegetables or Mediterranean vegetable lasagne. Only just warm as was the breakfast but being on a coach trip may have been the reason. Service not as expected but again being a coach trip may have caused this!
