Great apartments, great location

Apartments are great, nicely situated in Lapad area where you have beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also bus connections to old town from this location is very convenient. Apartments are very clean and well equiped with all the necessary apliences. Owners Romana and Ivica are very kind and helpful. They gave us great tips and we got impression that are always there for us. All in all thumbs up and I am recommending it gladly.

Firstly - the owners Lovorko and Andja who live downstairs are lovely, they are helpful and friendly and really helped us out when my partner and daughter fell ill.
On arrival they had left fruit, wine, bread, milk, butter and jam that meant that we could eat before needing to venture out to Tommy's the very reasonable local supermarket.
The house is very clean and very comfortable and has everything that you need to have a successful holiday - its lovely sitting outside in the evening on the balcony underneath the kiwi fruit.
The beach is a couple of minutes away and is lovely - the water is clear, clean and very safe, it was 36 degrees during our fortnight here and a dip in the sea was a great way to cool down.
This was our first visit to Croatia and we have loved it - it is a beautiful place, the people are friendly and it is great value for money too.

Tips for a great stay:
Get some water shoes there were a number of sea urchins plus it makes walking on hot pebbles much easier.
Catch an early bus to the Old Town - we walked the walls at 8:30am and it wasnt busy and not too hot then.
Dont visit the Old Town on Thursday or Friday - these are the days when most cruise ships visit and it gets very busy!
If you pay in Kuna cash you will save up to 20% in most bars and restaurants
Bring pounds cash with you and exchange at a bank (I used Splitska Bank) and got a much better rate than anywhere in UK or the local Currency Exchange.
A great country we are definitely coming back next year!

We loved being som close to Lapad centre with everything available, nice resturants and shopping, as well as easy bus-transport to the beaches. The appartment has a cozy balcony with a great view. The location is good, and it is central though not noisy. We also love that there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

a week in Dubrovnik

The apartment is well located and has all the facilities we needed. Romana was amazing welcoming us and helping us with a tour.
We even had a booking problem and she helped us to solve it.
The only negative aspect was the stars to get to the apartment, not a problem for us cause our children are "big" but for small children our old people it could be a problem.

Confortable appartement

Apartment comfortable withi a big bedroom, balcony shared but with table and chairs, owner on the first floor available for any services possibility to be picked up in the airport.
Second stage with only stairs (3 stairs in total)
Proximity of all commerce and restaurant, Beach at the end of the promenade, bus stop 50m with direct line to the old town
