When Im in Puerto i like always to go Back in this lovely hotel,the reason why is because the staff are always so friendly kind and helpful,also because is near The center and easy to go out without transport.

After 1 year i came back to this hotel be here is like to be home,all the staff are very kind always ready to help you and give u all information.The hotel room are large,the pension room are also confortable and budget.Thanks to the owner miss Tricia 4 the kind hospitality

I came Back in this pension after one year and i must Say that they improved a lot in compare the Last year,new interior painting and design the staff they are always Kind and helpfull anytime Benjie,gerry, ronnie ,nac,Jude,Jun a Very special thanks for the hotel manager madame Tricia. See you next year

Super below expectations, no friendly staff

The only good thing about this inn is that its in the center of the city proper. So good restaurants are all nearby. The things I hate about this inn is that every one is so gloomy even the guy at the lobby. Our paid breakfast isn't even served unless you tell them to. Our room is all dusty and old.

Better yet choose other inns/hotel if you want a comfortable stay.

Had stayed here in the past and stayed now for 3nites,,, very disappointed ... if you check their website http://www.duchesspensionpalawan.com/servicesoffered.htm, it projects a great look on the outside ... the "new kitchen" attracted me - which is not there... Sad to say, the place is getting dilapidated - lots of ants, TV connection is so bad, only 2 channels are clear. Service is so- so, tho sheets and towels were new and clean, rooms were were not as clean and foul smelling due to cigarette smell even when the rooms indicated Non-smoking. Tho almost expereinced 3hr brownout daily in Puerto, the generator powers only fan and TV, There are better accomodations nearby with better price.
