Grand Renovation of Hotel Duke
akhoonzahooron 01/09/2016 09:48Grand renovation going like changing the interiors,Furniture,Beds in the rooms,Beautiful wood work going on in the rooms.Installing Ac in the rooms, wi Fi in the rooms.Painting the all walls etc..I request to every traveller to visit and stay for some time in this Hotel in future..you will see the vast change in every service and charm of the Hotel,,Photos yet to upload
Decent hotel but overpriced!

The rooms are strictly ok and it's overpriced for the quality of the rooms. I had booked the same through yatra.com which included breakfast.
The breakfast was also ok. The staff was courteous though.
Overall won't recommend unless the prices are lower !!
Good location doesn't mean good hotel
Sunny8281on 01/06/2016 19:01Booked a tour through Thomasc(r)ook. Was put in this hotel. The hotel is terrible, don't go crazy with the lobby. Rest of the hotel is bad.
Rooms were not clean. Chunks food under the bed. Very dusty.
Bath towel given were rough and old and smaller size.
Buffet or dining room walls were very bad shape. Paint was peeling off the walls. It looked really bad.
No good lighting in the room.
Food at the buffet dinner was really bad. It seemed like they cooked in the morning and served in the evening. Food was cold. Food containers was not clean and were looking pretty unhygienic.
Only good thing is it is right next to dal lake. But doesn't qualify as a good hotel. Not value for money.

simshovon 17/05/2016 12:52This hotel is average hotel compare to price; hotel located near DAL lake ghat number 13. Breakfast is average including the rooms. hotel location is good in front of DAl lake but the hotel food quality is average.
