Perfect romantic get-away

Dyana Villas is situated in a quiet area of Seminyak with only 2 minutes to one of the busy streets with many restaurants and bars. Only 5 minutes from the beach.
We were welcomed by very friendly staff at the reception and the 24 hour security team. Each villa has personal staff assigned which gave us a a VIP feeling. The villa itself was beyond what we expected. A lush garden, private pool, big bedroom with an adjacent beautiful bathroom. The only accomodation where we experienced a truly hot shower. Amazing customized breakfast. We can highly recommend staying here.

We extended our stay

Dyana Villas proved to be a great place for our family of 5 to stay in Seminyak. It was my husband's second visit to Dyana Villas, and we originally planned to stay 4 nights but extended to 9.
We had villa number 23 which was a very spacious 3 bed villa around a lovely pool area. My teenage kids were very happy chilling there and we had to drag them out sometimes.
The maids who looked after us and provided breakfast were the nicest women and a pleasure to meet. The security guards and gardener/ pool man were also very friendly.
The office staff could not have been more obliging, allowing us a late check out and arranging our airport transfer.
The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bed linens were nice, as were the pillows. There was plenty of hot water and despite intensive wifi use we never had connectivity problems.
We were untroubled by mosquitoes but perhaps that was because there was great air conditioning and electric mossie repellents.
It was lovely to have unlimited bottled water.
The villa is becoming slightly tired and could probably do with some minor refurbishment within the next few years, however it exceeded our expectations for the price and was a really pleasant place to stay.
It is easy to walk around Seminyak and there are some excellent low cost restaurants around, including Wacko Burger. Taxis are ridiculously cheap, but make sure you insist the meter is on so you do not get ripped off. The beach is not one you would choose to swim at, rough seas, rips and strong sewage smells from the drains when it rains. However, get a cab to Nusa Dua or visit the many other good beaches for day trips. This is a great base to see Bali from.
Highly recommended for older families or groups of friends.

Lovely quiet villa with smiling attentive staff. Nice sized private pool in the villa and all the room one needs.
Good location also to the many restaurants and bars around.
The staff keep the venue very clean and well maintained.

Stayed here for a week with a group of friends. The staff were so lovely and it made the stay really nice.
The location looks a bit dodgy as you have to walk down the side of a loud drag bar, but the villa itself is nice and quiet. The inside of the villa is stunning, if a little tired in areas.
There are stray cats around, they walk around the rooftops and can be noisy. I'd recommend shutting/ locking your bathroom door at night as it has an open roof and a cat fell through mine during the night.
The only negative for me is the bed. It was very hard and under the bedding the pillows and quilt were pretty grim looking.
Also, the bedding wasn't changed in a week. At home it wouldn't be an issue, but in Bali were you're constantly sweaty and covered in mosquito bites (they were munching a lot during the night so the bedding was blood stained), it's not pleasant. Also, a mosquito net over the bed would have been nice.

All in all a lovely villa with very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor management

I booked a deluxe villa but was told a few hours before I was due to check in that they did not have that available despite the booking having being prepaid. Badly managed and I would never return or recommend this property given the way management dealt with the issue.
