Bad customer experience

A transaction has been made, the property redrawing from my account 457 BGN.
I've sent several mails, but until now I haven't received my money back.

Ellen Mon 18/11/2016 01:51We loved our stay at Eagles Nest. The apartments were clean and well equipped with a modern style. They're so close to the main town only a 5 minute walk, 10 to the gondola. Great value for money and will definitely stay here again!

Tim Pon 07/08/2016 19:40Recently refurbished on the old ttown, this is well worth finding. Very good menu with excellent food and all at very good value. If there is an event in the square this is the place to eat first. Really is an example of moving with the times, but it's too easy to order too much as the portions are huge, making it all a great deal.
Good value for money

Good proximity with regards to the Gondola station and they also have a shuttle to take you to and from the Gondola station (a bit chaotic though as there is no schedule adhered to, like "every 30 mins back and forth"... I had to call the driver each day when returning from the slopes.
Good facilities like sauna, spa, gym, massage, some on request, some free of charge.
They could do a bit more cleaning as our apartment wasn't vacuumed once during our 6 days stay there. :(

Very convenient location. 10 mins walk to gondola. Just off main roads where all the shops bars and restaurants are. But very quiet location. Staff very helpful. Free shuttle to gondola but not really required. Plenty of fresh clean towels and linen. Amazing views of mountains. We had apartment 23 on 5th floor. Amazing views. Would sleep 5 with plenty of room. Definitely would return. Use Explore Bansko to book.
