Good Place within the Metro

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was big and cozy given that we only booked the superior room. Me and my partner were happy overall with our stay. However, there are several points that need improvement such as stricter implementation of dress code in the swimming pools. When we went to the pool there were people swimming in common clothes, thus affecting the color of the water. They were also rowdy, so me and my partner left the swimming area.

But to compensate for the bad experience, the breakfast was really good. We stayed for 2 days so we enjoyed our buffet breakfast everyday.

Thank you for the wonderful long weekend get-away.

We celebrated a good friend's bday at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay! Good location! And the staffs were very nice and polite. The only problem we encountered was when we requested for movies. They have limited selection of dvds. Yes dvds :) and we weren't able to finish it because the film keeps skipping or stopping.

Had a 2 night stay for biz trip. The room is abit old n it's clean. Not for those who enjoy good environment. Am contented that it's clean. Wifi speed is good.
Simple breakfast n for in house restaurant.
There are many restaurants opposite the hotel in the Eastwood area. Not an issue to find food.
Staff is courteous n friendly.

Needs to improve customer service...

Hope they will be more friendly to wedding suppliers and make sone extra mile for guest requests, spexially if the guest needs some minor assistance.

I was given 2 key card. One for me and one for my fiancee. We booked a room because we have a shooting activity for our prenup photo and video. Technically, its not a wedding event. But because we need to dress up, we have some suppliers for styling, hair and makeup, plus the photographer and videographer of course. We dont need an events coordinator for thay matter.

Early in the morning we have some of our suppliers already arriving. Beacuse the elevator wont work without the key card for security reason, I called the front desk for assistance. The only thing I requested is to have them assist the supplier in the elevator (they wont be carrying heavy stuffs of course. they just need to putin their key card so my supplier will be able to go up using the elevator). The receptionist told me that its the job of the events coordinator and that I need to have one.

I was kinda frustrated and was forced to go down to assist the supplier in going up as they do not have key card for the elevator to work.

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel is our company's go-to place for special needs or events venue. They have a variety of function rooms available depending on your need. Setup already includes audio-visual needs, free flowing hot drinks and the delicious meals our guests always talk about in every event.

We've done training, special workshops/ meetings and even a Christmas party or two here, and are always happy with the outcome.

The best thing about this hotel is that the staff are super easy to talk to, are flexible when it comes to the services needed (as well as minor adjustments) and everyone - from sales to marketing to front desk and wait staff are incredibly friendly, hospitable and accommodating.
