Steve Aon 30/08/2017 22:46Nice comfortable family run hotel with good restaurant and great breakfast. The night porter keeps the bar open as long as needed. Good beds and modern. bedrooms. Plenty of car parking and good restaurants nearby. Close to central Birmingham
Great hotel - lovely staff
truviewon 24/08/2017 17:21Stayed here while clearing out an elderly relatives home. My wife wanted a room with a bath as she was very tired. Unfortunately we had not booked this but the young man on reception very efficiently changed us to a room with one. Excellent service.
Our room was very clean and quiet although we did have a job to find the lift . It would be a good idea to have better direction signs
Restaurant ambience was great and the staff were brilliant as was the food. There was a choice of menus to suit all tastes. We loved it
The owner, Maria, was often on hand to make sure things ran smoothly and was extremely efficient and bubbly
Why people could give this hotel a bad rating is strange as we could not fault a thing
Thank you to Maria and her staff for making our stay very enjoyable
Would recommend Eaton Hotel to anyone

MarilynMacDonaldon 22/08/2017 19:46A lovely hotel, very caring and friendly staff. A spacious room comfy bed, clean bathroom. A very nice evening meal . I was there overnight for a funeral , they really looked after me.top hotel. Good value for money.
Lovely hotel

It's a lovely hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. I would also like to mention what a lovely experience it was going for breakfast. The two ladies who greeted us are absolutely lovely and are a credit to the hotel. The dining area is immaculate.
