Very Pleasant Stay

After reading the reviews for this location, the good and bad. Keep in mind most motels as well as hotels has good and bad review so we decided to stay at this location. First and foremost. Cindy And Nick were awesome!! Overall, our room (106) was very clean, the bathroom needs to be updated but the room was very clean. Clean pool and many places to eat, driving or walking. Rates are reasonable. Microwave and fridge. I would for sure stay here again. My name is Clarence from tampa, fl.

Awesome Hotel

Good location right of the exit. Many restaurants to choose from close by. The area looked safe which very important for us. The hotel is well maintained. Seems like they recently renovated the decor was updated and clean. The staff at the hotel were super, they all seem like they enjoy their job unlike few of the other hotels we have stayed at in the past. We were greeted by an enthusiastic front desk staff when we entered. The gentleman's name was Harry that checked us in, he was very knowable about the area and knew the exact millage to Florida when I asked him how far we were from the border. He told us the best time to leave to avoid the traffic and we followed his directions and we did not get stuck in traffic in a single area until our destination. Overall our stay here was passed our expectations. I will absolutely be coming back here to stay again when I come through again.

Ok but needs a lot of work

Stayed here on my way to Florida and the hotel is really nice looking from the outside and had good reviews. But not sure if I was just in a room that was for poor people or what. Bed was hard as a brick, pillows just completely sucked and worn out, no coffee maker, towels must be 50 years old.. tv was great, had guide channel and the people were very nice. I did have new carpet in my room but they really need to make better accommodations for the customer I believe, and I stay in hotels 25 times a month.

Ewe....

Stopped January 2, 2017 for one night. This is one of the most tired hotels I've stayed in in 10 years. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and looked like it had mold on it. The fixtures were hanging, caulk looked gross. Needless to say I didn't shower. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was skimpy and cereal was stale. Staff/owners were nice enough; internet was excellent; TV was good. It was okay for one night, but I won't stay again, nor do I recommend it.

Ice machine is broken

A serviceable stop convenient to I 75. The advert claimed a $52.00 room that ended up costing $65.00. Beds were comfortable and room was well worn but clean. One must take a bit of a circuitous route to get the Econo Lodge that is clearly visible from interstate. The front desk staff (elderly female) was efficient and mechanical but non pulsed and not welcoming and warm at our arrival. There is no view to speak of here, unless you like looking at the back of some industrial building.
The shower is best suited for hobbits and those humans under 5 ft tall. Bring your own ice.
There is plenty of close restaurants to eat at. This place offers a free carb breakfast.
