As u can see someone was verry happy... this has to be the nicest place to stay ever.. we enjoyed it soo well we'll be back...thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making out stay sooooo Amazing ....u Rock

Somewhat disappointed

We spent 3 nights here over the holiday weekend. Price was low, but so was the room size and quality. Our room was outdated and in definite need of an overhaul. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The outside door that was supposed to be secured on the outside and only to be unlocked with a key was broken, the sign said it was secured by cameras but there were none. Our room smelled like weed, we went to open the window and the screen was torn like someone was trying to break in, the table was broken so we could not put anything on it, we went into the bathroom to get a new toilet paper roll and there was blood on it. The toilet was broken and would not flush, so we had to drive to McDonald's to use the restroom. On the way to our bed there was dried up blood all over the floor. The lock on our door was broken, anyone could easily push though and get in. The front desk workers were extremely rude. We stayed in room 145 not sure if they are all this messed up but just a reminder to not stay in this one. It was just a one night stay and turned out terrible.

my husband and i booked this place recently and only after we made the reservation i read all the bad reviews.
I work as an housekeeper in an hotel and i got scared cause i dont like when the rooms are dirty so i bring with me my cleaning supplies and febreeze spray just in case but when we got there i was really surprised.
of course the hotel is cheap and old but the room was really clean and smelled good(the bed was a lil bit too firm ),the staff was friendly and helpful,the pool was clean and the breakfast wasn't bad at all,they had pancakes and waffles machine and few other stuff.
i would suggest you to read the other reviews but give it a chance and go there without prejudice if you wanna go cheap.
for the price its a really good hotel and if i will come back to Wisconsin Dells i'll probably gonna stay there again!
its also very close downtown

First of all, the beds are horribly firm. Too firm. Nobody in my party slept well and we all have back problems. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The blanket is stiff, thin, and cold. Also uncomfortable. The pillows are fluffed way too much but go flat at night. The heater/AC only distributes throughout the room if the curtains are open. The shower took about 15 minutes to get to a lukewarm temperature. Who has time for that on vacation??? The walls are VERY thin. I couldn't sleep because of a person snoring so loud next door. It was very irritating and now I can't fall asleep again lol so I'm writing on here. Breakfast still awaits me and I'm hopeful. I like food.
