Awful...and my standards are pretty low
Suzy Mon 27/06/2017 20:08Cigarette burns and hairs on the bedspread. Switch plates missing or falling off the walls. Doritos under chair cushion. Rust and grime around tub fixtures. Pool was green and full of scum (in July). Chairs in the lobby were so stained that I was afraid to sit in them. The only positive was the person at the desk didn't give me any problems in helping me get a refund from Priceline. You couldn't pay me to sleep in this place.
The staff stole my clothes and jewelry ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
keasia20132017on 22/05/2017 03:10The manager allowed my fiancé and I to check in early saturday morning at 4am and we were suppose to check out at 11am Sunday morning. However, we left the room at 6:30 am and didn't return until 8pm to find our belongings had been taken. As we walked out of the door, we placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the outside of the door and left the curtains closed. When we got back, the curtains were open, bed was made, but our belongings were missing ( 3 necklaces, a shirt and pants, and a 6pack of beer). My fiancé went down stairs to talk to the guy at the front desk ( he is african and his name is Eddy with no last name) to see if they put his Jewelry and clothing in the office. Eddy was very rude and didn't care, and told us he thought we checked out ( our key still worked to get in the room) and we would have to wait until the manager could check on it in the morning because he didn't have a key to the backroom ( he locked the door when my fiancé was in the office talking to him but told me a different story). The manager is a short mexican guy with medium length hair, he is always hanging around the hotel, so my fiancé asked him to check and he said he will call the house keeping lady. We were originally told the jewelry and clothes were locked downstairs in the storage with her cart and she had the key, but she brought the jewelry back to the hotel from her house ( I watched her pull up to the hotel in her car with the jewelry in her hand). We got in contact with the police and the police made the manager get our clothes ( we were still missing pants, but of course we didn't care about the beer) and a refund. The prices are reasonable for people who are budgeting, but it is not worth it no matter how inexpensive they are. AVOID STAY HERE!
Hooker hotel - bugs - not given room key
TranquilGardenMomon 13/04/2017 13:52My flight was delayed and I arrived at 1 a.m. and had to be out the door by 4 a.m. to continue my travel. My husband made the reservation as a favor when my 2.5 hour flight turned into a 16 hour ordeal. He is never ever ever allowed to make a hotel reservation again.
The taxi pulled up and the hotel reception door was locked. I had to go into a little booth where the reception was behind glass for security. My alarm bells started going off. Then I was told that I wouldn't be receiving a key to my door because the lock was broken, but I'd be safe because the deadbolt worked. The receptionist had to walk me to my door and unlock it with a managers key to get me in.
I couldn't fix the broken drapes to stop people from seeing in. The receptionist helped to position them so peepers wouldn't see me sleeping. Since the slide lock for extra protection was missing from the door, she used the bar piece to hold back part of the drape. Yikes!
Under the bed has never been cleaned. I'll try to attach pictures of the bugs, trash, and layers of dust under the bed. I got up at 3 a.m. from people walking by the door over and over. I didn't feel safe. I left feeling so itchy. First chance I got, I washed up in the hotel at my next destination. It was a Hampton Inn and felt like 5 stars compared to this flea trap with graffiti. The receptionist was very nice, but there is not much she can do when the owners don't take care of the hotel.

sachin son 28/11/2016 15:21Never again. No shuttle to Airport. Worst experience ever. We booked it specifically because econolodge was close to airport and provide courtesy transportation. We had a 7:10 morning flight to catch. We asked the front desk lady if she had shuttle for 5:30 am. She said their shuttle services starts at 6 and and assured us that we will reach in safe time within 10 mins. When we went to lobby at 5:50, she said shuttle will be here any minute now. While waiting she kept assuring us any minute now. the shuttle reached at 6:15 and left us at 6:30 at the airport. Beacuse of her false promise we missed our flight by 2 mins. They closed their doors just 2 mins before we reached our boarding gate all out of breath, we had to see our flight takeoff without us. My sleep deprived husband had to work online from airport for the whole day till our afternoon flight. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service, full of false promises, do not know how to do even small job well! If u dont provide shuttle dont mention it on ur website, dont give false advertise, sweet talk doesnt mean anything if u dont provide good work. Worst and most expensive experience ever staying at the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! So disappointed with this hotel!! Would not stay at one again!!!

Snoopi95on 14/11/2016 15:56It was the worst experience of my life!!! The pictures are not from this location. The room had an odor that can't be described. I was afraid to touch anything. There were prostitutes in the rooms around my room. I did not stay! Booked a room at another hotel.
