Could not FIND motel
Chrissy Hon 08/06/2017 05:12Couldn't find motel. We booked it as a Rodeway Inn. Couldn't find it. Booked it by phone last night. Found a different Rodeway Inn when we couldn't find it. Tried to cancel, was told we missed the cancellation deadline. Deadline was 48 hours ago. I said we didn't even book it until last night. They said I'd still get charged. Come to find out we the reason we couldn't find it was because it has Econolodge on the sign.
You get what you pay for/good deal for the cost.
Reb Mon 07/06/2017 04:12The breakfast choices are extremely poor! The juice often taste watered down, and EVERYTHING is just carbs/grain. There's no fruit or yogurt or eggs for a better balance of the meal. The coffee was awful, so I made coffee in my room.
The internet is horribly slow, and there's no passwords, so it is completely open, but at least they have free wi-fi.
The walls are so thin I heard the screams of the funland ride next door, and people talking outside and the car engines. Speaking of thin, those blankets are a joke.
I paid extra for a "river view" room, but there's no windows looking out to the river, just a solid door with a large deadbolt, and the door would not stay closed without the deadbolt. I'd leave the door open to "see" and hear the river, and bugs would fly into our room.
I only give this an "average" over poor because it's a lot cheaper (got what you pay for) and is very close to attractions (some events we just walked to), and the room I had was clean. In fact, for the price, it's about the cleanest, nicest, best pool, you'll get.
HORRIBLE, INHUMANE CONDITIONS; NOT FIT FOR EVEN AN ANIMAL
sadiasakibon 02/06/2017 17:41This place was absolutely horrible; worst place ever. Due to lack of water, we couldnt shower. By the first night, the sink was backed up and filling with water so we had to toothbush and take care of personal hygiene using our own bottle water. The carpet was smelly and moldy and we were dead scared to walk without shoes on. The blanket and curtains were old, smelly, and had thick layers of dirt. There was def some kind of bugs bc i had spots on my face that were smollen and red after sleeping on the bed.

garyDallas_Txon 05/05/2017 22:03Motel is a little bit older but very well kept, clean and nice. Great location on the Parkway and great prices. Cute little pool with a water slide. All of the motel staff were excellent. I would stay there again.
It's on the river and so relaxing
bluebirdofchoiceon 16/04/2017 02:35Very nice (and economical) place to stay while in Pigeon Forge. It's on the river, and we enjoyed watching the geese play. In a great location, and we were able to walk to some of the shows. It's also near shopping malls.
