Was the highlight .. even tho she was dressed like it was laundry day .. lobby smells old .. place looks old .. I rode 600 miles today .. just need sleep .. room smelled fruity so at least they made the effort there .. in room fridge came with leftovers .. that's NOT my food in the picture ... coffee pot and micro also in room .. all three pillows were pretty wore out and should be burned .. sheets also appeared clean .. towels are a 1.5 on the scratchy/fluffy scale .. time to send them to the rag bin .. the floor sinks when you step where the bathroom threshold is and should probably be looked at before someone gets sucked into a chasm ... tv worked and along with the usual cable stuff has two HBO channels .. free breakfast was a few bagels, a waffle machine, cereal and some smallish three day old do-NOTS .. it's free so what am I complaining about eh ?? .. over all it's barely a 2 star facility and you get just that two stars .. don't expect anything better .. I probably had one of the nicer rooms from the looks of it ... it wasn't my first choice for lodging but the place across the street was full and it's cheap .. so was I ..

Staff was friendly but that's the only good thing. Where do I start-the bathroom tub faucet dripped all night. Toilet continuously ran. Blanket had a stain on it. Our room was located at the entrance of the stairs so we heard people all night. Parking was very limited also Room needs some serious updating.

Stopped for a night after a long days drive. Opened the door and was somewhat distressed at the room. Very dark and dingy. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the shower walls and towel rack. Pulled back the bedspread, which was full of burn holes, and found a live bug on the bottom sheet. We immediately left the room and went back to check in. The clerk was embarrassed and gave me a full refund. After driving to another hotel, I remembered I left my tablet in the first room. My daughter drove straight back there. The clerk gave her the room key but when she got there a male housekeeper was present. When my daughter asked about my tablet he started yelling at her that we had stolen his towels and washcloths! Of course we would never have taken anything from that nasty room. She told him she was calling the police and he pulled my tablet from under one of the beds! He had hidden it!! She left the room after she grabbed the tablet and reported him to the clerk. Sadly he had removed the charger from the case and I didn't get it back. I will be reporting this to Choice Hotels!

Don't stay here if allergic to bugs

I wouldn't suggest staying here if you're allergic to bugs woke up this morning & had tiny little white bugs all around my toiletries ' had to throw out toothbrush just nasty & cockroaches everywhere I agree with the other reviews I would not stay here! Not enough pillows not enough towels very run down..
clean some rooms!!

Good for a night

We were driving to Gatlinburg for the weekend, and stopped here for a night after getting a late start from home. Yes, it's old and a little run-down, but it was clean nonetheless. Unfortunately, we got the room right by the stairs and footsteps woke us several times.
