Horrible business practice
outdoormomon 21/08/2017 20:55I have never been more disappointed in a hotel before. I had reservations to arrive on a Friday night. When I arrived around 10:30pm, that whole part of the town was without electricity and the road to the hotel was blocked by authorities due to a storm that had passed thru the area. I tried calling the hotel, but naturally, the phones weren't working either with the electricity off. Being a part of the Choice Hotels family, I called their customer service to see what to do. They offered to book me another room at another hotel, but they were without electricity also. I told them to cancel the reservation since we could not access the property. They told me to call customer relations later to get my refund. I just got off the phone with customer relations, who spoke with the female manager. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY! What a horrible way to run a business!!!! Econo Lodge in Fayetteville will NEVER get another penny of my money.
Pleasant surprise
investrollon 07/06/2017 15:07I don't expect much from an Econo Lodge, just a basic room and some plastic food-like substances for breakfast. This Econo Lodge looked pretty basic on the outside, but our room was a huge two room suite with a kitchenette. I don't know how many room are like that one, but we sure lucked out. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast.
"Great Value, Excellent Location"
tscheid53on 02/05/2017 19:19Excellent staff and great value. My room was clean and well appointed. Easy on/off access to I-49 and several restaurants within walking distance. My breakfast was delicious and they had several choices for a continental breakfast.

Shawn Lon 02/04/2017 22:22We normally stay at Hilton properties. We travel a lot and are gold rewards members. I thought my husband had made a reservation he thought I had. When we got to Fayetteville we began calling everywhere and everything was booked. Econolodge was the only thing available. We booked without any choice and where pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and staff was nice. At a price of 72.00 a night I'm surprised anyone could complain. We normally pay at least 200.00 a night for a hotel room. I would suggest staying in the back part of the hotel because of the highway. We didn't hear anything in our room. Great stay. Thank you.
Very good for the price
WishIwasgoneon 20/03/2017 03:51We where looking for a cheap place to stay and we where very happy with our room. It is pretty plain Jane and the smell of smoke in the outside corridor made use nervous. But there was no smell of smoke in the room. If I was back in town and looking for a cheap place just to sleep, I would stay there again.
