I have prepaid for a hotel room for my son traveling through Oregon. They refused to check in my 17 year old son citing first a mythical federal law than an Oregon law. Didn't mention that when I was on a phone with them to arrange a payment prior to his visit. Needless to say no such laws exist. Rude and unprofessional.

Great service but small breakfast

The staff was quite friendly and even provided me with a small travel size tube of toothpaste. The room was very nice enough though one sink took awhile to drain. The hotel did appear to be an old apartment complex. Breakfast in the morning was very very small but it served it's purpose.

Not worth paying for

I have has to stay here a few times when other places are booked. Dirty, outdated and free internet never works. This is definitely one to put on the bottom of your list. I would never stay here with my wife and\or kids.

Not very clean, expensive.

Needed a room on a Thursday night for 2 couples, got 2 queen beds, a dusty fridge, confusing TV, no microwave...$106....No nearby fast food outlets, checkout time 11AM, Overall not so clean and not so econo, probably could have found better but it was starting to get dark....

Unless you know they have done renovations, do not stay here!

Before we started our trip, we got a deal through Kayak for this hotel. We thought since it is one of the Choice Hotels group, we could count on having a nice clean room at the end of an eight hour car drive. We were wrong!

It was already dark when we arrived but we could see that it had been some time since this was converted to an Econo Lodge. From a conversation with a staff member we learned that it is due for another soon. Way too late!!!

We were tired, had already paid for it, so went to the room. I have had a hotel bed bug experience, so I always check the mattress and any cloth furniture. The bed was fine, but upon lifting the cushion on the chair, a big, still wet, stain. There were many other things that our photos reveal. Please take a look. Another couple was looking at the room beside us before deciding and I encouraged them to go somewhere else. They did.

Before I fell asleep, I noted the folks above us were taking a shower. After a while, I went to the bathroom and almost slipped. The upstairs shower had leaked through the heating lamp in the ceiling and there was a puddle in front of the toilet. Very scary for nearly falling and water in the electricity! It was late and we were very tired as I said, so I waited until morning to report it. I had cleaned up the water so was not worried about it till then.

Over all, a bad experience and a slight on the name of a good hotel chain.
