What People are saying

No complaints.

At the end of a long drive, hoped for something clean, quiet, and comfortable. Found it here. No problem using a coupon. My criteria is simple, clean room, comfortable bed, no road noise, no barking dogs. No morons acting like jackasses either. So, it was a good restful night. Breakfast area is small and maybe an afterthought for hotel. Good for a light snack and on the road again.

Last minute need

We drove from Fairfield, OH and travelled until we were tired. We chose Caldosta. The first place we visited didn't have rooms for us. So we went to the Econo Lodge. Did not disappoint. Nice room, clean bed, clean bathroom with GREAT WATER PRESSURE.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Shanice Won 29/05/2017 02:31

I was visiting Valdosta for my cousin's high school graduation, and I stayed two nights at this hotel. The first day, it sounded like a dog was running back and forth upstairs and things were being knocked over and people were yelling. That night, on top of the guests above me, the guests next door were blasting music at midnight, yelling and laughing. I called the front desk, and had that issue resolved with only four hours of sleep afterward. The second night, the guests above me were loud again all night long, so I called front desk and no one answered the three times I called, but the third time I called, I was sent to voicemail and I got very little sleep. The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. It doesn't help that the walls and ceilings are thin, and the rooms are gross. I've stayed here twice when visiting home. This being my second, and I refuse to stay here again with that type of service. Pay the extra amount to stay somewhere staff will provide you with great costumer service. Also, each time I came into the lobby from visiting family or grabbing something to eat, I didn't receive a single greeting from staff. I'm not sure if it was the volume of people staying there that was making the staff hostile or mute, but I thought it was quite rude and unprofessional. Not even a smile in my direction. To anyone reading this, I hope you have a better stay than I.

Beware!

Was in town for softball tournament and had made reservations ahead of time held with our credit card. When we checked out we were billed $12.00 credit card surcharge!! Won't be staying here again! Wifi was off and on and entrance card to room didn't work.

Get what you pay for.

We were looking for a cheap place to sleep for a few hours on our way to Florida and that's what we got. Bed seemed to be clean, but carpet wasn't and the hotel is old. But staff were nice and we saved a few bucks!
