Worst place ever!!! Doesn't even deserve a ZERO in ratings
83jefferyton 18/08/2017 22:59We had 2 rooms, one had trash under the beds. Floors looked liked they were never even vacuumed. Shower knob fell off when you tried to use it. Charged for a second night on a room we only had for one night. Front desk clerk was drinking alcohol before her shift, because it was going to be one of them nights. Told no breakfast because they were under renovation. Air conditioning in one room hardly worked. Both rooms had foul smell of almost mold and mildew.
NOPE
Jen Ton 08/08/2017 20:22I have stayed in many budget hotels and motels all over the country and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and dampness. The man working the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. He doesn't seem to speak English well, which normally doesn't bother me --
except that he made no effort to communicate in other ways -- I tried to show him my phone screen and spell out my name and he shrugged. He was not friendly or helpful in any way. Our reservation was for a deluxe queen room but we ended up in a room with two double beds, after he tried to offer the three of us (my partner, myself, and my 10yo daughter) a room with one king bed. I believe they had oversold the hotel that night because later we saw him turning away a couple who had a reservation. If there had been any other rooms available nearby we wouldn't have stayed, but unfortunately the entire area was booked solid. Thus I paid $150 for what would have been overpriced at $39.
There was no elevator available. We witnessed a woman with a cane struggling up a flight of stairs. This should certainly be on the website for information for those with mobility challenges. Their website also claims to offer free breakfast, which is untrue. I wouldn't have eaten food from this place in any case.
As for the room itself, it smelled mildewy. There was mold in the bathroom at the bottom of the walls; the toilet was loose and didn't work well. The doors didn't shut tightly and the walls are definitely thin; we could hear conversations outside and the tvs in adjoining rooms well into the night. If I had been on my own I would not have felt safe in the room. The fixtures are old and creaky. The air conditioner in the room did work, but just barely, and was very loud. It did drown out the noise from other rooms, at least.
The room itself seemed reasonably clean although the bedspreads and sheets were definitely old and well-used. Mattress were thin. There was no place to hang clothes --
a desk had been shoved in the corner under the one wall clothes rack. There was a microwave and mini-fridge, which were pluses, and the tv was new & worked fine. Wi-fi was provided and worked slowly, typical of hotel wi-fi.
We only stayed one night so I cannot speak to housekeeping. On check-out, the same man who had been at the desk the previous evening nodded at the keycards we laid on the counter and walked away; I had to call him back for a receipt and then correct him four times on my name. I received a whopping $10 off the reserved room rate for getting the double instead of queen room I'd booked. I normally would have argued the point and cited all the various issues with the room and hotel in general; however I had a feeling in this case I would be ignored or not well understood and my time was more valuable.
Terrible!
filks57on 07/08/2017 21:20No coffee; cigarette ashes on top of fridge (in a no smoking hotel?); smoke smell; shower handle comes off when you turn on shower; booked a king...when checking in, I was told that was "not possible" and that I would get a double; I could barely make out what the desk person was saying...very poor English; stayed in one room, but receipt was for a different room...which was a King???? Wanted to speak with someone in the morning, but there was no desk personnel in the morning at check out time; $155 incl. taxes, for a terrible hotel; sheets were inside out...I hate to ask why. Don't stay here!!

Jacquie Mon 27/06/2017 13:04This is by far the worst Hotel stay experience I have ever encountered. As soon as I exited my vehicle I was approached by an escort service, after being harassed about needing a ride, I walked up to check in, there were men sitting on the side of the building, drinking and smoking, very uncomfortable atmosphere. It looked like a scene from the movie "TAKEN". The host came out of a room with his belt unfastened, and was very creepy, he kept asking if I was alone several times. He escorted me to the room and entered my room (I have never had this happen before) and he continued asking if I was going to be staying alone. He then opened the shades (mind you it was midnight) as if to mark what room there was a single female staying in. The room smelled of smoke and there are NO SMOKING signs everywhere. All my clean clothes smelled and I was only there for 6 hours. I left shortly after I arrived because the place was nasty and I felt unsafe. Single ladies do not stay at this place....I am still waiting for my refund!
Worst place to stay on EARTH
Allie Rothermel Lon 22/06/2017 18:25First of all I would give this hotel negative stars if i could. It was by far the nastiest place I had ever seen. From the moment we walked in, we were hit in the faces with a musty, moist, post cigarette smell. There were stains on the sheets and towels, the sink and tub were untouchable and the window gave you a view of the parking lot. The room had not been cleaned in i don't know how long and there was hair EVERYWHERE. After 10 minutes of looking around and not touching a thing we left with our refund. Even after leaving we couldn't help but feel dirty from the experience. Still scarred to this day.
