What People are saying

Yakima location is to be avoided at all costs!

We went over to visit a friend and checked into the hotel at 4:45 pm. The hostess was bordering on rude the entire time like we inconvenienced her. Irritating but not the end of the world. We left immediately to go have dinner with said friends. (we never went to the room). Had dinner across the street and received news and needed to go back home. Went back to the hotel to get most of our money back knowing there would be a fee. I explained the situation and said we would like to get our money back minus the fee. The hostess said " It has already been 2-3 hours there is nothing I can do." Did not care it had been one hour and 40 minutes and I had the receipt to prove it and she walked back around the corner as if she were done with me. I left fuming. Never will I suggest such a place to anyone.

Very hospitable owners and staff

As of May 2017-New owner, Bobbie, very hospitable. Staff very friendly. Great rate on a weekend stay, I would use again (especially) knowing that the new owners are diligently working on improving the facilities!
Clean bed upon arrival, decent shower, continental breakfast all was just what we needed between soccer games we were attending in the area!

I see other terrible reviews, I visited both hotels next door and they had just as many things wrong, these are all very old buildings/hotels and all can use improvement. I would definitely check this hotel first if I was traveling back to Yakima because it did have great rates and very friendly folks WHO, BY THE WAY, were constantly cleaning, very apparent that things will change for the better here in the upcoming months.

thank you all!

Should be condemned!!!!

First let me say, it probably has the cheapest rates in Yakima! But you still expect it to be clean. Our room was filthy!! I'm positive there was mold in the unit. My son killed several cock roaches. When we first checked in, we asked if we had to cancel our stay would we get reimbursed. She told us, we would need to contact the company, but didn't know who to call, yeah right!!. Don't expect clean towels or a good wfi connection. The front door was broken, needed to be replaced. The hallway swelled of cigarettes and pot. Thank god I had my own blankets and towels. I will never ever stay there again. I don't care how poor I am. DISCUSSING!!!!Health department should make a visit..

Just needed a place to sleep

My wife and I pulled up to check in and my wife said Hell No. the building is very run down and sketchy. The blue tarp on the roof was a sure sign that the inside of the building had to be nasty. We booked another room ASAP.

Worst motel ever.

False advertising -- claims to offer continental breakfast and has a small area set up for it, but the dusty fruit juice machines and cereal dispensers don't look like they've been used in ages. Confirmed the night before that breakfast start time would be at 7 a.m., then claimed at 7 a.m. the next morning that his wife had 'failed to give him the keys to the food pantry' and all he could offer was coffee. Solution? 1) Break the food pantry door lock. 2) Provide partial refunds or food vouchers for other restaurants in town. Talk about a total false advertising scam. They didn't even provide toilet paper in the room upon check-in, and street people made deals right outside my ground-floor window all night long!
