Management is RUDE!!!!!!

I stayed here 3 months... Never late on rent never caused problems.. The manager is at your door at 11 am asking you to pay or leave. ..mind you theres other guest he gives until 12 or later to pay..... He is very hateful....
The good points are John who works the front desk from 6 am -2 pm... He is always pleasant and does his best to resolve any issues... But his hands are tied due to the manager...
The other positive is the Housekeeping. .. The man and woman who clean the rooms do an excellent job in cleaning and theyre very courteous...
I wont stay ever again, its unfortunate because for the price and location its a great deal...but the manager makes it a moot point

i know I know--I keep going back to VIP Inn/suites.BUT it is the cheapest hotel on South memorial Blvd. If I was paying for it I would probably go elsewhere.With that being said.---Well this trip there was no brown water in the pipes. That's good. Still no coffee pot in the rooms,so if you want coffee if have to walk down to the office. But it's good coffee. Breakfast is served there also ---a .50 cent honey bun.BUT you can take 2 or 3 .haha.. The rooms are kept really clean.They came each morning and and did our room.try to get a room close to the office because I think we saw some street walkers on the other side , off the main road. McDonalds is real close. @ minutes or less.( driving). I'll probably go back in july.JUST because someone is footing the bill and don't want me to spend my $$$. :(

Well,,,,,, this is about the only place on the south end of memorial blvd. ALMOST. The room is clean and the maids come n everyday . It sucks because if you want coffee you have to walk down to the office.If you want breakfast , you can go to the office a get a "honey bun". But this is how they keep the cost down low. When we turned on the water it came out brown. the pipes are pretty old.Just let it run for 10 to 15 min. Still sucks though .Bathtub was slick so be careful. We stayed here because my family member book us a room for 3 nights and I did not want to say no

Great Budget Choice!

The VIP Inn & Suites sits just off the main drag entering Huntsville from the South. It's an economy motel with drive-up rooms. The check in and lobby was fine, the guy was friendly and there were no problems. My room was clean and spacious. The usual polyester bedspread, inexpensive linens, but I wouldn't say they were worn out or nasty at all. This motel is a great choice for visiting Huntsville on a budget - I've paid a lot more for way less of a room!

Well,, it's a good place to stay in the area. The rooms are cleaned daily and done very well. We had a king size bed and it was comfortable and slept good. It is right off memorial prky and close to Lowes, Kroger and plenty of restaurants. The only thing I did not like was NO coffee pot in the rooms. if you want coffee you must walk to office and get some. Breakfast was nothing but honey buns.Yes honey buns ! I would stay again just because it is close to my parents home. it only cost like $49.00 per night. Not bad
