William Ron 21/08/2017 03:48We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on Friday 8-18 thru SUN 8-20. It couldn't of been a better place . It was clean . The staff was awesome!!! All people from the front desk to the people that clean the rooms were so friendly and very very nice . The place is an older hotel but it served it's purpose for us and I would recommend this place to those that are looking for a cheaper place to stay GREAT PLACE

Colleen L Oon 17/07/2017 15:05The hotel was located in the middle of everything we were able to walk to all the attractions and food it was clean the room was nice clean and comfortable the ac worked the staff was friendly and very helpful the only issue was breakfast was lacking a bit but overall I would recommend this hotel

ljosie38on 10/07/2017 20:58The room was fair, hotel price was also affordable desk attendant was helpful, she gave us information and showed us the map of the area and around the sorrounding area. Not enough parking, parking lot not enough for all the customers.
You get what you pay for...in this case, not much

When I booked it, the other reviews were mixed, but since i booked, more people have offered bad reviews too. I wish they'd been up when I booked! I was prepared for outdated decor and no frills breakfast, but I was not prepared for everything to be cracked and peeling and rusted: peeling paint, chipped walls, rusted toilet paper holders. The vending machine didn't work, the breakfast had only cereal, muffins, and toast but they ran out of bread one day we were there. The hotel smelled like smoke and it felt damp all the time. The air fresheners placed everywhere were a tip off that things were not great. The bathroom floor was always damp, there was zero water pressure and the sink had no plug. The only thing that was good was location, parking and the AC worked well. Don't stay here. Oh, and the internet didn't work in our room.

Suzanne Won 25/06/2017 18:17My bf surprised me for the weekend with a trip to Niagara Falls. He booked this thru booking.com. When we got to the hotel we thought he had booked a king suite with a jacuzzi...nope. After calls to booking.com there was some mix up and for an additional $200 we could get upgraded.
Hallways were dingy and walls missing paint. Elevator was old and dated and the entrance to elevator was missing pieces of the floor.
The rooms are very dated. King size bed was hard as a rock, the floor would've been softer. The bathroom sink leaked onto the counter. The front desk said it couldn't be fixed (?), when we turned it on we had to have it a specific way so it wouldn't leak.
The balcony was filthy. Piles of dirt and leaves on it and loaded with bugs.
We didn't even attempt the breakfast.
Oh and when we tried cancelling our reservation because it wasn't what we reserved they were going to charge us $80. We should've let them and went somewhere else.
Thankfully the weather was nice so we didn't have to spend much time in our room.
