Worst customer service ever
Kari Son 28/06/2017 22:43If you don't care that the rooms are shabby and the location is in a horrible part of town then you won't care that the front desk customer service is awful. They cant speak English and they could care less what your needs are. Never again. Even if I'm desperate.
Don't stay here!
Patty Non 13/06/2017 05:40Do not stay here! When we looked at our room it was filthy. There was a hole in the wall that had been plastered over, with plaster dust everywhere. No fridge or microwave. Staff was rude when we canceled reservation. Area looked like a major drug hangout with panhandlers in the parking lot. Dirty and scary. Stay away!! Room was not as displayed in ad, more like the Bates Motel, and that would be stretching it.
Inexpensive and quite good

Clean bedings and towels, cleanliness, pleasant-to-deal-with personnel, good breakfast.
The ideal location in the downtown and a very low price.
Disgusting, overpriced, drug addict loitering
boomerdawg92on 31/05/2017 08:54I was kept up until about 3am or so due to loud drug addicts. Called front desk so they called the police. They all came back after police were gone. One man even knocked on my door at about 1:30- I didn't open the door he was very obviously on meth. Hotel room was filthy, bodily fluids on head board. Room smells awful.. Talked to manager next morning about my concerns and complaints. I explained that the lack of sleep would make my cross country drive not only more difficult but also dangerous.
She said she would take 50% off my bill and the manager did not follow through on the promise
I didn't discover that until upon review of my bank statement...
If I ever considered staying at Econo Lodge again they would have to offer to pay me!!!
Felt like throwing $74 in the trash.
In hindsight I would've been better sleeping in my car anywhere else....
Hotel is disgusting
Ljhyams31 on 23/05/2017 06:25This hotel is in serious need of a revamp. The toilet and half the lights did not work in our room, it is in a dingy part of town, the bed was too big for the base it was on so frequently fell to one side...all round a horrible experience.
