No smoking room wreaked of smoke
robert pon 08/08/2017 18:14First after checking in found out motel was not in the safest areas of town. Next the parking spots are small. I reserved and paid for a smoke free room but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner worked only some of the time. The television sound when turned wide open could only be heard one foot away from the television. I paid $40 a night, I guess it true you get what you paid for. P.s. I knew it was bad when I heard a guy outside my room saying to another guy that he was heading to the soup kitchen for breakfast.
Quiet room and helpful staff.
Madd Hon 23/07/2017 04:03Helpful staff and quiet area of the town. Best place out of the immediate local competition. All things considered it's a pleasant stay. I have found that Rashad at the front desk will take care of any needs you have and address your concerns in any way possible.
My visit here at the Econo Lodge is always a pleasant one.
eheard0715on 21/07/2017 02:11My first choice is Econo Lodge Downtown when I come to visit Augusta, Ga., it's always a pleasant stay! i love it here! Each visit had a welcoming and assisting front desk clerk (especially Rashad). I'll keep coming back, that's for sure!

otiselevatoron 17/07/2017 13:45clean, quiet, wonderful staff. Courtesy was impeccable. I have never stayed in a hotel with attention to cleanliness and professional service as this one. Np pressure to check out at 11 am on the second. Very patient and kind folks that make you feel right at home.
Excellent Staff, great value
w3emon 02/07/2017 23:42Rashad was very courteous and helpful when I booked my stay. He also helped me with my business center needs. As for the cost of the hotel, I believe Econolodge offers great value with its high speed internet and amenities. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel chain. I have stayed at many other competitor chains that were much more expensive but were disappointing in quality. Econolodge is an easy decision for me, and I will be happy to stay again/recommend to a friend.
