Stepping back in time
Evie1622on 18/08/2017 18:01Arrived late in town, during the holiday season and this was Hobsons choice. The room, whilst a good size, was very dated. It also had a stale odour about it. The toilet area also had an unpleasant pong. Needs a bit more attention to those sorts of details if repeat business is to happen
Clean, Quiet & Safe
on 12/08/2017 13:07I stayed here for several nights with my baby while we had a family member in hospital.
The room was spotlessly clean & well maintained, with a new air conditioner.
There was no traffic noise from the road.
I felt very safe, both in my room & in the off street enclosed car park. Management were very friendly & couldn't have been more helpful.
I will be returning to the Fountain View next time I stay in Dubbo.
Family fun
Ccbloomerson 21/06/2017 23:26I stayed at the fountain view with my husband and two small children on our adventure to the dubbo zoo. The kids had an absolute ball in the motel pool and water park across the road.
Clean, comfortable and exceptional value.
We will be back for sure next school holidays.

neffstaon 21/06/2017 04:40I stayed there nearly 10 years ago and had such a lovely experience I decided to come back. Elizabeth and Tony are still there with their same warm hospitality. It is an older motel, mid 80's I think, but they have been making some great changes/improvements to the building. Love the front lawn and the comfort of the new air conditioner. A must stay in Dubbo!
Travelling worker
debbohmanon 09/06/2017 07:57After staying at preferred accomodation Shearing Shed Motor Inn for work we booked at the Fountain View.
Unfortunately had to cancel but as it was a long weekend and Dubbo was booked out chances were they could of rebooked the room. Was most disappointed by the $130 cancellation fee and the uncompromising owner.
Will never bother to book there again - have had to cancel before at different accom & have found owners to be more polite & happy to reach a more compromising outcome.
Half/ half would of been more agreeable.
