kf7ezon 10/06/2017 01:18This place is disgusting! It was so dirty and smelly! There was so much dirt on the walls. I took a wash cloth and one swipe the cloth was black. It is so out dated! I didn't even want to sleep in the bed it was so nasty. The pillow cases were stained. Te bedspreads were king on a double bed, they hung on the floor. It is a bit noisy because it is next to bar. To top it off it was $100. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I should have slept in the car.

mporter802on 22/11/2016 21:35I was charged twice by this hotel, and when I tried to resolve the issue they would take no accountability. Their staff was curt, insensitive, and not well versed on their policies. I will never stay here again.
Not bad except for in the morning.
S Aon 06/11/2016 13:36I asked for a room away from the bar as it can get noisy. Our heater was not working. When I called for help they had to reset the breaker and then it was ok.
I asked for a wake-up call as noted on the phone. I was up before the expected call but no call came. After 25 mins I called the desk. The staff member said she just saw the note. Sounded like my call woke her up. I went down to get coffee and turn in keys. Nobody at the desk. I was in there for about 5 mins.
Filthy, dirty, putrid hotel.
ianolwynon 14/09/2016 18:46This hotel was a last choice as everything in Boston was booked out. We were desperate. We asked for a non smoking room & was given a smokers room, last room available. The sheets on the bed we're all crumbled as the pillows, plus stains on the pillow slips. Weren't sure if they had been washed. Curtains falling off the wall, fridge not working, toilet flush broken off, no tea or coffee making facilities in room. Base of bath was very strange, it moved & wobbled under your feet, very dangerous, could lose your balance & fall.
Didn't eat breakfast which was in the reception area, too dirty. Nothing had been cleaned from day to day. Fridge needed wiping out, cereal containers needed cleaning, floor was not cleaned as there was cereal scraps spilt on floor when we checked in & was still there next day. Clogged up dirt under bar fridge that looked like it had been there forever. They only had to slide fridge out & wash floor. This hotel needs to be inspected & closed down until it was cleaned up & good enough to stay in.
Only If You're Desperate
356worldtraveleron 08/08/2016 03:05We needed a last minute place to stay. The price was approximately $100.00/night. The front desk gentleman was nice enough and helpful about what restaurants were around the area. The bad part was the hotel and room. The carpets, walls, bathroom were all worn and smelly. The REALLY bad part was that there was only one lock on the door (two women in our room) so we couldn't lock the door two ways. Loud noises coming from room next door; called the front desk and they could not help. Very sketchy neighborhood. Be careful! Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, but really worn, ratty, smelly room. Last resort hotel; stay with group and take your own door alarm.
