A good stop if you get it cheap, however, this was a hotel begging for care. When you see the entrance, you think - wow! But as you come up the hill you start to see the lack of love. The parking lot is huge but has grass overgrowing into the cracks. No flowers anywhere! I mean really. You have an amazing spot but you don't take the time to plant a few annuals here and there. The bushes needed trimming. The office had vending machines outside of it making it look.....well.....like a store or something. Our room was clean but our safety lock was hanging by one nail that had been obviously ripped out at one time. Sketchy feeling to say the least. Everything worked which was a blessing. The breakfast room fits 4 people and breakfast was typically a cheap one. This could be an awesome place with some care and attention. It was ok for one night and the price is good so if you don't want fancy - then you'll be happy.

Clean room, accommodating staff

Stayed with my elderly mother and kids, breakfast was good with various options, room was clean and spacious and staff was helpful. In an area with very limited options, this is a good deal for your money.

When my sister and I arrived, we were put in the part of the motel set away from the reception area, in one of the 'nicer' rooms. We drove down, approached the doors, and through the glass saw a man face down and passed out in the hallway. I honestly thought he might be dead. We opened the door and he STUNK of alcohol, and when we told reception they told us he'd been a problem and had been hitting on female staff members and maybe they should move us. We wholeheartedly agreed, and so we moved to a new room that was smelly, had a smear on the wall that really looked like blood, and a busted chain lock on the door. We shoved our suitcases in front of the door, and slept in our sleeping bags... It felt like the start of a bad horror movie, and if I'd been watching it I would have yelled at the two dumb girls for staying, but we'd been driving for so long at that point we just wanted a bed. The staff were actually really nice and friendly, but the place is in a state of total disrepair and it just didn't feel safe.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!! 😡

First of all my son and I stayed here back in May of 2015 and we had good service so this time when my husband, our son and I decided to stay here again and this time we had TERRIBLE Service !!!!

On our FIRST night there right after we checked in on Friday May 26th,2017 we went to our room #167 and after we got our luggage in our room a guy walked right in saying that this was his room and we said we think that you have the WRONG room because we just checked in so he apologized and called down to the front desk and told them that there were already THREE people in the room that they gave him and they apologized and said oh we're sorry we gave you the WRONG key we were supposed to give you room #168 , so he apologized again and gave us his key/card ...l Then the lady at the front desk called and apologized !!!!

Then the SECOND night that we stayed there when we got back that night Saturday May 27th, 2017 as soon as we got in our room I IMMEDIATELY noticed that our BEDS had NEVER been made and we didn't have any CLEAN bedding , and all of our DIRTY towels were still laying on our BATHROOM FLOOR and we NEVER got any CLEAN towels or washcloths so I called down to the front desk and the girl told me that oh how sorry she was and that unfortunately she didn't have any staff to bring any to me but that SHE would be bringing us CLEAN BEDDING for both of our beds and also CLEAN TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS in a HALF AN HOUR WHICH SHE NEVER SHOWED UP and I waited until 12:00 AM and finally went to bed !!!! 😡
So that tells my family and I that the MAID SKIPPED our room !!!! 😡

So the next day on Sunday May 28th, 2017 when I checked
out I told her that I had a COMPLAINT !!!!

I told her that I was very , very UNHAPPY with their service

I told her that first of all a guy showed up in our room right after we checked in on our FIRST DAY there and you gave him our room #167 instead of #168 where he was supposed to be staying !!!

Then when my family and I got back the next night Saturday May 27th, 2017 as soon as we came into our room I IMMEDIATELY noticed that both of our beds weren't MADE, and also that our DIRTY towels and wash cloths were still laying on our bathroom floor and we NEVER got any CLEAN BEDDING OR CLEAN TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS like she had PROMISED me that she would bring in a HAL AN HOUR and NEVER Showed up and I waited until 12:00 am and finally went to bed because I got so TIRED of waiting for her to show up !!!! 😡

And all she did was APOLOGIZE which I got really TIRED of hearing !!! ☹️

I told her that my son paid way too much money for this room for TWO nights !!! ☹️

I told her that my son and I had stayed there back in May of 2015 and we decided to come back with my husband and my sons Dad but that this was the LAST TIME that we will ever stay here again and that we won't be back to this motel ever again and that we'll stay somewhere else next time !!!

This MOTEL IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF IT COSTED US $183.66 for TWO nights ($81.99 per night ) which it wasn't even WORTH it !!!! ☹️

Plus I had to ask for a Blow Dryer too !!! ☹️

And the Continental Breakfast was LOUSY and NOTHING but Sweet and sugary !!!! 😝

Plus if they have any Maids we only saw ONE while we were checking out so I really think that they're SHORT STAFFED and need MORE THAN ONE MAID !!!!

They don't even MOW they're LAWN !!!!

You will get what you paid for - and less!

If you are on a tight budget, there are few choices in the area and this property is really not that bad - but... First the bad news. There is no coffee maker, no hair dryer, and the free breakfast is marginal. The rooms are in need of updating and the TV offers many great channels with terrible reception!? On the positive side, the staff are both very helpful and pleasant. They have a hair dryer you can borrow. And the property is minutes from Duncan Donuts, Wegmans, and a few restaurants too. Personally I would rather pay more for more. But then again, the rooms are clean and the price is right. In the end its all about managing expectations.
